I was refused entry, using the only tickets that I had from Viatour. I had to purchase my own tickets again in order to get in

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with this experience. As the listing states, this is a self-guided tour and does not include entrance tickets to the abbey. This is why you weren't able to redeem the ticket to enter the abbey.

The tour was ver informative and a nice length at an hour. Make sure to read the instructions about where to start. Once I got there everything went well :-)

No Way of canceling trickets since they take 100%. This is not a tour its an Audio book dont buy it just take the headphones When you arive. Great tour but not this product (not a tour just a Audio book)

Nice to be able to have a tour without being a part of a large tour. No set times just start when you get there.
