      We requested a driver who spoke English and were told our driver would speak English but he spoke no English at all. Car was clean, driver was clean, and driver loaded bags and smiled a lot but could speak no English at all.

It's a very busy time and we did our best to provide you with a good service, as you had it. The driver picked up you at the right time, he made a nice sightseeing stop for you with lunch and dropped you off safely in Barcelona. Although our driver is not 100% fluent in English, he is able to maintain a conversation to answer your questions and communicate with you during the service.
