Amazing Tour!

What an amazing tour. Bertrand picked us up near Place de la Comédie in his van. We were then brought to Château la Roque in Pic St Loup for a tour and wine tasting. From there, Bertrand took us to his family home where his mother cooked us a wonderful lunch. Finally, we were brought to the medieval town of Les Matelles for a final tasting a stroll around town. I would highly recommend this tour.

Worth the money

Great experience! Small and personal group, with a lot of wine knowledge of France. And ended with an amazing home cooked meal, would do it again.

Inappropriate service

Good wines. Interesting scenery. Nice guide. But it was irritating and disrespectful to have this advertised as an English tour and all six of us on the tour spoke English. However the guide spent most of his time speaking in French to a gentleman from French Canada who spoke perfectly good English. That left the rest of us out. Not thoughtful or good customer service.He should have stayed with English as advertised.

Amazing wine tour! (With delicious food)

Bertrand (tour guide) was amazing! Very knowledgable around wine but explains things in simplistic terms for those who know nothing about wine (like myself). He was genuinely funny and considerate to those with a variety of wine experiences. Absolutely non-judgemental which provided a completely relaxing experience. The wine was divine and food provided was delicious, in a beautiful family-home setting. I would without a doubt recommend to friends/family who visit Montpellier.

Great Hike and authentic FR meal at family home.

We had the best time! The experience was Perfect activity for our small band of friends. Bertrand and family were the ultimate hosts. The hike was challenging, which we liked, but not for the faint of heart. The meal & wine tasting was above and beyond exceptional. SS60

Amazing wine experience, with beautiful scenery

Bertrand was very accommodating, knowledgeable, warm and entertaining! He told us so many facts and pieces of information about wine and France generally. He took us to a beautiful vineyard, with wine to taste throughout, we explored the local area, and his family made us some delicious food too. We were thoroughly impressed and enjoyed the whole experience- we would highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and fun experience!

Great trip to the wine country

We had a very enjoyable time on this tour. Bernard was informative and engaging so I learned quite a bit about this region. The wine tastings were interesting and it was nice to meet the wine makers. Lunch was also great.

Challenging hike but worth it for the view at the top

Bertrand is an excellent guide about Pic Saint-Loup in general and talked us through a selection of wines. He dropped up off at the start of the path. It is a challenging hike but the view at the top is to die for so it’s well worth it.

A wonderful tour!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. David is a very knowledgeable guide and an excellent host. The views from Pic Saint Loup were astoundingly beautiful! The wine tasting was great fun. Lunch was delicious and full of interesting conversation with the others on the tour with us. The aqueduct is an awesome feat of engineering and also architecturally interesting. All in all we would highly recommend this tour! C'était formidable !

5 hours that felt like 2 because we were so absorbed in the wine story

Guide excellent -knowledgeable and passionate about wine. Learned a lot about the evolution of wine and also the local strengths of came. Also got a great French lunch in a family garden. Our group had Irish Italian and New Zealand. To add cream on top we passed through a medieval town and saw spectacular views.
