We want to clarify the communication process to ensure a better understanding of what transpired. As part of our standard procedure and also mentioned at the description of the tour, we send a link with the location, on maps, and a photo of the meeting point a day in advance to provide ample time for any inquiries, as the nature of our experience, is beach-based and we choose the location depending on wind/weather conditions. Unfortunately, as you did not provide an email address during the booking process, we communicated through the contact number you provided but you didn’t come back to us.
Regarding the decision to start without you, we must respect the time frame for the experience. Also we have to ensure that all participants who were on time are not inconvenienced. We understand that this might have been disappointing, but it's necessary to maintain the quality of the tour for the other participants.
