This is the second time using Viator. No issues with anything. All tours busses and airboat experience was excellent. Your staff was knowledgeable and polite. We ate after our experience and the food was excellent.

It was all alot of fun. The tour guide was great, giving us so much info, the airboat was fun, but seeing the alligators was exciting and terrifying at the same time.

I did not get to do this tour because my ticket I purchased with Viator sent me to the wrong address in Naples, not to Marco Island where the excursion was to leave from! Waiting for my refund!!!!
