    A surprisingly high-tech interactive experience!!! This is the most fun I’ve ever had learning history, and it’s well worth the money. We got the tickets to check out the observation deck but there is so. much. more. to this exhibit! A surprise around every corner, and the coolest elevator ride I’ve ever had. And mint juleps up top!

    The modern experience will answer all your questions about the history of New Orleans. There are interactive and fun educational stations that explore the history, culture, music, and culinary aspects of the city. The view at the top of the building is wonderful with an outdoor area to take in the whole experience. A must do activity if you're in town.

    Everyone was very friendly. It was extremely organized. The activities, such as the interactive menus and "driving" the riverboat were so much fun (and educational). Our group ranged in age from 26 to 58 and there was something for everyone. The views from the top were amazing! Be sure to buy the ticket that includes the museum as well and not just the observation deck.

    The staff and employees were wonderful and very informative. The 360 view of the city was amazing. The interactive tour was wonderful. Everything was fantastic. Definitely worth the visit.

    Wonderful views. Liked the interactive exhibits especially the elevator! Would have liked a little larger cafe

    The people were amazing! The technology was amazing and fun! The education was excellent and well presented! I only wish I had more time to spend there. I could have easily spent the entire day there. It was also immaculately clean! I love that!

    Unfortunately we were not able to make the tour because of the parade it was impossible to get from the AB&B to the deck. The worst of it we didn’t get a refund or have the option for a credit or to visit at a later date.

    The observation deck was wonderful! We enjoyed waiting for the sunset to take pics. It was a bit windy so be prepared, but the snack bar was welcoming into we were ready to go out and brave the temperature/ wind again

    Whether you’re a local or a tourist this place is a definite must see. You get fully immersed in the culture, history and music of this amazing city. And to top everything off, the view from the very top is worth the price alone.

    We enjoyed this experience tremendously. The employees were super helpful and lent us a wheelchair for our handicapped person. The videos were high quality and informative. The indoor observation area was awesome and the outdoor area was great. I am so glad we had good weather and could see quite a distance. The only suggestion I have is to make the film in the theater longer. Grab a ride on the streetcar at the nearby stop when you are done.

    The 34th floor view, the Cafe on the 34 floors, the movie playing in the elevators. It was very nice, the staff was very friendly.

    This experience was so much more than an observation deck—which was awesome in itself. Before going up to deck there is a great interactive experience that tells you a lot about New Orleans and it’s history, culture and people. Loved it!
