All Arrival drivers will be waiting, in front of the arrival door with a sign of the clients names. Hotel pick-up driver pick-up in front of the hotel by the bellman desk.

What To Expect

After your flight touches down at Nassau Airport, meet your amiable, professional driver in the arrivals area, where they will be holding a personalized sign. Follow your driver to the vehicle, where you'll get help with your luggage and settle in for the ride.

SUVs are great for families, seat between 2 and 5 passengers and can hold 8 pieces of luggage. Sedans seat 2 to 3 people comfortably and accommodate 5 pieces of luggage.

When it's time to return to the Nassau Airport, the sedan or SUV will pick you and your party up at your villa or hotel and transport you safely and efficiently to your destination in plenty of time to catch your return flight. Avoid spending any precious vacation time with airport transfer hassles by booking this service ahead of time.

Excellent service! We were delayed upon arrival in customs, but our driver was waiting right outside for us. We had an extremely early departure flight going home 6am!. The car was waiting at our hotel by 430am to take us to the airport. I would definitely use them again.

Our trip to the Atlantis was great. No surprises. The return was fantastic, the driver could have been a tour guide with his knowledge of the history of the area. Round trip was on time and a very courteous driver both ways. Felt it was a bit pricey given that there is no shortage of taxis on the island. Given the fact that the driver was waiting for us was indeed a bonus after a long flight.

Our pickup from the airport was very good, someone was waiting for us at arrivals and showed us to the SUV we'd book. The driver was pleasant and courteous, and the vehicle clean and tidy and as good as we had expected. Unfortunately our good impression was spoilt on our return to the airport, as our driver did not turn up at the given time to collect us. After several attempts to contact the transfer company, we eventually managed to get hold of them 25 minutes after we were due to be collected, and were informed that the driver had had a blowout. To give them their due, they did then immediately organised a replacement vehicle, although it wasn't the type of vehicle we had paid for, but prior to us telephoning them, they did not attempt to contact us to advise of a delay. As we were catching an international flight, we should have been at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure, but eventually go there with only just over an hour to spare, which caused us some stress that we really didn't need.

The driver who picked us up at the airport must have had a medical problem. He crossed into oncoming traffic at least 15 times between the airport and our hotel forcing oncoming cars to leave the roadway. He fell asleep or was in a daze at downtown inrtersection and only started going after vehicles honked their horns. After arriving on Paradise Island he ran into a curb and we were thrown off our seats. He appeared to have blacked out. We were in fear of our life. I asked him is he was OK and said "I've had a bad day". Yes, me too after that! The return trip to the airport was perfect!

Pick up at the airport on arrival was excellent. We agreed a pick-up time of 7.30pm on 21st Nov for return flight and driver gave us a docket. However, car did not arrive until nearly 8 o'clock. This left us standing about worrying that we would not get to the airport on time - not good!
