Overview

Experience high-speed excitement on a WaveRunner adventure in The Bahamas. Pickup details

Hotel guests will be picked up outside of their hotel's lobby approximately 15 minutes prior to the booked adventure time. During the cruise port renovations, cruise ship passengers will meet outside the Harley Davidson store, located opposite the port exit, approximately 15 minutes prior to the booked adventure time.

What To Expect

Be ready for pickup at the cruise port or your hotel before your scheduled jet ski rental. Rentals are available every half hour between 10am and 4:30pm.

After transport to the water sports depot on Cabbage Beach, Paradise Island. Get detailed instructions and a safety briefing from your watersports guide, then hop on to a WaveRunner. Spend your time as you please, exploring the waters at your leisure with a partner or with one of the guides.

The minimum age to ride the jet ski alone is 16 years old. Younger children can be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. The minimum age to ride with an adult over the age of 18 is 3 years old.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Love that we where free to run the jet skies on the beach on our own. Driver wqs very professional and picked up and drop off was very easy and the pick up person made sure to be in communication with us. Would definitely book again if i am in the Bahamas 🇧🇸

The staff was very friendly during the excursion. The driver gave us alittle history of the Bahamas as we were driving thru. We had a blast. Definitely plan on going back.

I definitely recommend!! Jaron, David and Khalil were the best. The ride to and from the place with Khalil was great. David explained everything in full detail along with providing great jet skis to us which were very fun to ride!! Jaron was also a pleasure to speak with over the phone as well in person and made us feel welcome. When I misread something before the excursion, I reached out for clarification. Jaron broke everything down and explained everything in full detail for a better understanding over the phone and I was happy about that. The entire experience was great. If we decide to go back any time soon, I will definitely be booking with them again!!

Faulty jet ski.

The parasailing experience was exceptional. The jet ski experience was enjoyable but our jet skis arrived late. We booked for 4 separate people to jet ski for 1 hour each and were only provided 2 jet skis. They tried to get us to pay more for 2 more. After settling to ride double we were given a faulty jet ski. We told them twice that it was not working before they provided another jet ski but we were not able to jet ski with the others in our group and our time was greatly reduced.

Picked up from Harley Davidson store on time, nice driver/ride to beach, safe place to set our items and be watched over while we were out on the water, ride back to the Harley Davidson store. Overall nice experience. Cabbage beach water crystal clear!!

Well, we had a good time when we were on the JetSki. Emphasis on one JetSki but the website that for $200.00, 2 people would have 2 jet skis for 1 hour, but when we got there the people changed up on us and told us that it was two people Per one JetSki for that price. That was not what was told to us on the Viator website. The company told us that Viator was the ones who lied to us and not them. Either way, both the Viator and MyOwn Jet Skis in Nassau Bahamas on Paradise Island needs to get it together. The next time I come I will not be using this site to book if they are going to mislead us like that. We want at least a partial refund. It was my sister’s very first time and the fact that the MyOwn staff wanted to argue with us on the beach while we are on vacation was very frustrating. And then the staff members even got into an argument in front of us about the situation. So unprofessional, distasteful, and dissatisfying.

Incredible communication, and prompt pick up from the requested spot (for us. It was very close to the cruise port.). The driver was very helpful, and even gave us a mini tour! Upon reaching the site, the owners were very accommodating, and it was a much carefree experience. Would recommend to anyone!

1st time to ride a jet ski. Loved it. We didn't get their text messages for pick-up, but they came to the location indicated on their introductory information. We were there waiting. It was a short ride to the beach.

So I’m someone that keeps it pretty real the jet skis were great when we got there but if you book a time don’t expect to get there on time. We booked through this company because our cruise didn’t offer a jet ski rental in the Nassau and one of the things that made it pretty enticing was that they offered transportation to the jet skis. We had a 2:30 time slot in someone that gets places early me and my fiancé got their at 1:50 it says be at the pick up location 15 minutes early. We waited until 3 o clock to get picked up. And with no sign or employee to direct us we were sitting outside the Harley Davidson store in the middle of Nassau kind of helpless. We called the company multiple times (4 actually) each time we called they gave us a different time for us on how far the driver was. One time it was 7 minutes the next it was 15 and it was none of the above. It wasn’t until we found another couple who had a 3 o clock time slot for the jet skis that we had figured out that they were probably going to pick us both up together to save themselves a trip. Which you know would have been fine if that was communicated to us but they had us sitting and waiting helplessly. The company actually called the other couple when they told me they were 7 minutes away and told them right next to me on the phone they were 20 minutes away. So we got picked up ultimately at around 2:58. Once we got their the jet skis were fine but it also says in the description transportation back is also included and let’s just say it wasn’t. So to all future travelers who book this I recommend getting your own transportation. And I also think it’s kind of crazy to run a hour late and still ask for a tip.

Pick up was at 1230 but they picked us up 20 mins after the booking time, so we started a little late, the lady that checked us in was kind of rude, but overall the other staff were amazing!

Person never showed up to pick us up at the spot we were told to wait at. We then called them and they said they would show up in 10 minutes and they still never came. Ended up getting cancelling after waiting over an hour

My husband and I were supposed to this however I was frightened and only did the jetski for about 3 minutes. My husband really enjoyed the jetskis and wanted to ride again. He didn't ride again because he did not get the full hour that we paid for. In addition the guys in charge were nice enough but they kept suggesting that we "tip" them for their service. Finally, viator is charging $200 for 1 person when we paid $200 for two already.

We enjoyed jet skiing However, due to the rain we were called in after about 15 minutes And we were told to come back after the rain stopped We were directed to a local l restaurant to dry off & when we came back to the beach, everyone was gone We also had paid for two chairs but again, they were gone Lastly, we were told when we finished Jet skiing we would be brought back to our hotel Again, no body was there here to take us back And so, we had to get & pay for a taxi, lost our $20 for the chair rental, & lost 45 minutes of jet skiing which worked out to be $150 ( since the tour cost $200 & we lost 45 minutes or 75%) Very disappointed

Absolutely the best guys ever. They will joke around with you and let you handle your business. Do a little research on how to operate one before you come out. Anyone was issues were just inexperienced. They gave us the boundaries and we hauled @$$
