Overview

Please make your way to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal, slip #7, behind the Margaritaville restaurant in Paradise Island. Our Staff will greet you and check you in. Please plan to be at departure location 15 minutes prior to tour departure time. We do not provide transportation to marina.

•ARRIVING ON CRUISE SHIP: Upon disembarking your, make your way to the East Marina Ferry Terminal Boarding Area, located between berths 2 and 3 on the east side of the pier. This is where boats depart for tours. Look for the tour Rept. holding a Seahorse Sailing. Sign near this area please have booking info ready to show the Rept. You will be escorted to vessels to start tour.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Crew was excellent! No rushed, great spot to snorkel and they were always watching us to make sure everyone was safe. Alex was very informative and a pleasure yo talk to. Host and bartender were funny and make you feel welcome. Id you staying at Atlantis, I highly recommend since no need for taxi. Departure site is right across Marina Village behind Margarita village.

Great snorkeling and service

Amazing snorkeling with a variety of beautiful fish in clear calm water. Captain and crew were terrific, including taking us all the way back to the cruise port to make sure we could get back to our ship in time.

They did not have a record or know anything about our scheduled trip when we arrived. We are requesting a refund from Viator. This company said they cater to cruise ships not individuals. They said Viator did not confirm this trip with them.

We loved sailing on the catamaran in the beautiful turquoise water. The Rainbow Reef had lots of colorful fish and also a large sea turtle. We would loved this excursion and would totally do it again if given the chance!

Bait and Switch

Bait and switch! Company gives all cruise line passengers priority including on the day of your reservation. Therefore, if you book well in advance like we did while staying at the Atlantis you get bumped to a different boat when they need more seats for cruisers. This company has no problem telling you that when you arrive at check in for your snorkel trip. They will also give you your money back if you don't want to go on the backup boat option. Very sad and unnecessary experience to have when on vacation. I'm surprised that Viator still works with this vendor. I would not book again.

Poor directions to the meet up location & when we finally got there we were told “we meant to send an email that it’s cancelled”. So they still cancelled and never sent an email letting us know. Money will be refunded but there should be more compensation for the major inconvenience and basically having to reschedule our whole day.

We had a beautiful day and were s excited to go on this adventure. The directions say to meet 15 minutes early but the crew didn't show until 9 am. So we waited. Lots o people on the boat, more like a ferry. They used a motor the whole time, no sailing involved. They took us out about 30 minutes and the snorkeling was just to jump in the ocean. No cove or anything special. The crew was nice and attentive. To make the trip closer to the 3 hours, they went back to shore very slowly.

We had a very nice experience. The catamaran ride out was about 45 minutes and very enjoyable. The crew consisting of JJ, Amigo and others were professional and kept everyone in good humor. They took us out to a reef and the snorkeling was quite good. We saw lots of colorful fish, and the crew kept safety in mind all the time. My wife was snorkeling for the first time and she was able to enjoy herself after the first few anxious minutes. My son cut his toe climbing up the ladder, and the crew immediately filed a report even took a photo of the offending piece of equipment and administered first aid. We had boarded the boat at Paradise Island, and we got off at Prince George with easy access to downtown Nassau. Very enjoyable overall and a good value.

The only bad part was that it took a lot longer to start the trip . They told us to be there 15 min before the trip time that was 9 am. It took at least 45 min wait to be on the boat. Overall it was a nice trip and a lot of fish to watch , the staff was friendly little careless but nothing bad. I recommend this if you want to do something fine on the shore.

There is potential for this to be a good trip, but the tour we were on was bad. The weather the day of the tour was rainy, cold, and windy. The crew acknowledged this but still continued the tour. The ocean conditions made it almost impossible to snorkel for most of the passengers and the crew made very little effort to assist. There was only a quick run-through of the equipment and any questions asked of the crew were met with responses that made it seem as if the customers were inconveniencing them. I've been on snorkel trips before and this was very sub-par in comparison.

Everyone we had two 18 year olds with us enjoyed this tour! The ride on the sail boat was very nice and the snorkeling was a lot of fun! We did see many fish in the snorkeling area. The tour meeting spot was easy to find and drinks were provided after our snorkeling! On the down side, the tour left really late and we had to wait quite a while for the boat to arrive on island time I guess!. Also, the boat was very crowded! Overall, if the wait and crowd don't bother you, I would recommend this tour!
