    Let me start off with saying that the communications from Owen was amazing. He sent several messages and a picture so we would know who to look for. I was late (train delays) and he patiently waited for me. His knowledge of Flushing was vast as well as his awesome stories about Chinese history. We ate so much food and had plenty to take home. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about the biggest Chinatown in the WORLD!

    Owen was an excellent guide through the history and food of Flushing. Having him there to open the door into the places you always wanted to try but wouldn't have the first clue as to how, or what, to order is liberating.     Only 5 stars because 10 is not an option! Ok let's get this out of the way; do not eat for a day or 2 before this trip. If that's not possible bring some kind of bag to carry leftovers and go slow at the start or you will be too full to enjoy the later stops! Really, it's a lot of food. Owen was great. Very knowledgeable on the area, the culture, and the food. So worth it. Do yourself a favor and book this trip.

    We had a great time with Owen and tried new dishes we had never had before. We would recommend this tour to both visitors from out of town and to New Yorkers who want to get to know a new neighborhood and it's delicious foods!

    Owen was a great tour guide. We had 3 kids with us under age 13 and they all loved it as well. The food was delicious and we had various Asian cuisines. He also sprinkled in the history of Flushing, the immigrant experience there and how various regions cuisines differ. Plus he took into account dietary restrictions. This was a big hit for all of us.

    Owen was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the area. He clearly has a passion for sharing his favorite cultural foods with his tour guests and the portions were beyond big- we’ve been on many food tours and this was by far the most generous for portions.     If you're debating booking this food tour ... Do it!! My evening in Flushing Chinatown was a total highlight of my trip to NYC. Owen was an amazing guide — friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable. I was the only person on the tour, but he still took great care to explain each dish, let me see how they were made, and teach me about the history and regional variations, too. He answered all of my questions, and I left with enough food leftover for breakfast and lunch the next day! You can tell how passionate he is about the food and the community of Flushing. I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone! :)

    This tour was perfect for my family's visit to New York! Owen is very knowledgeable and happy to share his expertise on the neighborhood and the food you'll be enjoying. At two hours long it was the perfect amount of time to get a feel for the neighborhood and slip into a busy day of activities. We treated it as that night's "dinner" which was perfect. The amount of food you get is substantial, so pace yourself, and ask for takeout boxes. We were able to take home plenty of food to have as breakfast the next day and of course, everything was delicious!

    Owen was a great tour guide! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and knows all the best spots. This tour is part food tour, part walking tour of Flushing. This neighborhood is vibrant and bustling, and the food is as authentic as it gets. I think Flushing is an underrated neighborhood that many visitors and even natives don't give enough credit to. Do yourself a favor and check out the tour to get acquainted with delicious Asian dishes, as well as their rich history. You'll get things like various types of dumplings, Asian style hamburgers, etc. We were stuffed by the time we finished, and had plenty of snacks to take back home with us. Also, please bring cash to pay the vendors. Everything is super affordable so don't worry about things being pricy.
