Overview

Experience the swirling currents of the mighty Niagara River without getting wet on this Niagara jet-boat adventure. Hop aboard your domed jet-boat and zoom out into the choppy river with your guide. **Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour**

55 River Frontage Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0, Canada
Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
The participation agreement thoroughly explains all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
Not wheelchair accessible
Wheelchair accessibility - guests are able to use wheel chair onto the dock up to the boat, but cannot bring the chair on the boat. If assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.

Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 40" tall (1 meter) - your average 4 year old.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (age 18+)
Most travelers can participate
Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until day of the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
*Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

What an incredible experience! It was a blast! My family and I went on it for my birthday and we had a fantastic time. It's a real thrill, lots of 360 turns, big waves! If you want a thrill (without getting wet) try the domed boat. Would 100% go again!

We all agreed it was the most fun we had while at Niagara! My grandson and I sat inside, while my son and daughter-in-law were outside exposed to the huge waves of water crashing over their heads. It was awesome!

Perfect for our us and our grandkids 8 and 9 years old. They want to go back when they are older and do the open jet boats! We've been there and done that...very fun...but now happy to have stayed warm and dry!!

Great experience! Loved the captain's fast spins and expert navigation through class 5 rapids. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and prepared us for the choppy waters.

Although going on the jet boat was fun when it was going fast and turning, we were disappointed to learn that the boat does NOT go to Niagara Falls. You can’t even see the Falls during this tour. We were under the impression that it goes to the Falls. We ended up having to pay for another activity to see the Falls (so more money out of pocket). I would let friends know that in advance so they are not expecting to see the Falls on this tour.

It was a nice time but I expected a bit more. The trip was a bit boring but staff was great. Keep in mind its not near the falls or anything like that but was still a pretty view. It was not worth the price for me.

The app would never open the tickets I wanted a refund did not go on the attraction. Ended up paying for a boat trip without a third party. I have in the past and never had issues like this before. I would like a supervisor from the company to reach out to me please.
