If you are not staying in the local Niagara Falls USA area, you are welcome to park your vehicle at the 901 BUFFALO AVE Niagara Falls NY Parking Lot across from the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Niagara Falls, NY. You must arrive at this location 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Note: We are unable to pick up in Canada.

Easy access to the attractions with the bus hpo on hop off . Tour guide was very helpfull. She save us time from attactration to attaction and was a great photographer.

The boat ride was excellent but I was disappointed because we couldn’t see fireworks. The fireworks was part of tour package. We were told the fireworks was only five minutes and our tour guide had to get home we did not see the fireworks☹️☹️

Fireworks for this package is only available from May-September 3rd. Please read the itinerary. Our package clearly says the fireworks is not included after that time. We kept our promise and took you all the locations mentioned in our packages!! It’s not fair to us to get 3 stars when we didn’t do anything wrong??

If you decide to go to the top were you are closest to the falls on the cave of the wind tour you will not be disappointed. The bout ride to the falls was amazing we were on the top deck. Recommend top deck you will be fully immersed in the falls. The tour she was a sweet heart and did an amazing job. Thank you Christine.

Christine was amazing! She was very down to earth, and had lots of good energy. She was patient, even with some in our group who couldn’t follow instructions, and almost made us miss everything.
