Take Lewiston/ARTPARK exit from 104N or Robert Moses Parkway N and veer right to Centre St. Continue down to waterfront. Parking is at the end of Centre St. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

What To Expect

Arrive early to register, sign a participation agreement, and attend a mandatory safety orientation. Then grab a poncho, some water shoes and a life jacket (because it’s going to get wet) and hop on board to find a seat on the Wet Jet deck, which can accommodate up to 12 people.

Take in the shoreline, beginning at beautiful and tranquil Niagara-on-the-Lake, and check out sites like Brock's Monument and Fort Niagara before reaching Devil’s Hole Rapids, where things get really choppy. Hold on tight because it’s about to get even bumpier amidst the heart-pounding rapids of the swirling Niagara Gorge. Then there are the captain’s thrilling 360-degree spins.

This adventure is about more than just thrills, however. Look around and appreciate the stunning scenery on this 18-mile journey. And learn about the history and geology of the majestic Niagara River while experiencing the excitement of playing in whitewater rapids. This Niagara jet boat tour is sure to be one of the most memorable experiences of any visit to Niagara Falls.

Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall) - your average 6 year old.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.
*Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. Trips can be rescheduled until day of the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 54 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

So glad I booked this! We would definitely go again if we get the chance. Mike was friendly and helpful. A bit difficult understanding him during the ride - not sure if it was the mic or the speakers but he sounded like a Chinese Australian, lol. I didn’t want to swallow too much water so we sat in the middle. Well worth it. Bring dry clothes and place in combination lockers provided! Changing room and bathrooms on site. We skipped the photo - sorry, not that good! Maybe if it were in front of the boat? Thanks all for a good time!

Fun time! Actually an awesome time! This was the best part of our trip to Niagara falls. Adam and Mike were very fun. Adam was very informative he knew his stuff and his overall attitude was just great. My husband and I will be back next year!

The most fun we have had this summer so far! My son and I really wanted to try this after seeing all the videos posted on tik tok and we are very happy we planned it. Our trip leader Adam and captain Adam were both very nice and informative. We will definitely recommend to others trying to plan something fun for an outing !

Whirlpool was easy to find. We were in the front seat of the boat and totally were submerged in a wall of water multiple times…. Kid safe….The amount of power the boat needs to plow up through the raging river is staggering. Would totally go again. It’s an “easy” 20 min drive south, to the falls, American side/ Goat Island. Thank you Whirl pool. Your AWESOME!!

Kids say it was Epic! We loved it too! Doesn’t matter where you sit on the boat you will get soaked! Our captain and guide were excellent. Lots of fun! FYI Buying tickets through this app did not tell us to get there 45 minutes before scheduled time.

For a first timer, I would do it again. Beware, you'll definitely get wet inside, even with pocho, which will be provided. Concierge didn't tell us that there a free locker you can leave your extra clothes towels and things prior to boarding or safety instructions. Have small waterproof pocket bag for phone and things you don't want to get wet. Big bags not allowed.
