Complimentary pickup at most downtown Niagara Falls, NY hotels available. Please call to confirm pickup availability and time (or select a pick up location from the provided drop down list). If a wheelchair lift bus is required, please advise at the time of confirmation. This tour starts in the USA. Please be ready for pick up in the hotel lobby 40 minutes prior scheduled tour departure. Reminder: If you have selected the upgraded tour option that includes Canada, proper border crossing documentation, such as your passport will be required. Additional documentation may also be required depending on your country of citizenship. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they have the proper documentation to cross the border between the US & Canada.
What To Expect
This is as close as anyone can get to Niagara Falls—without riding over them in a barrel, of course. This seasonal (May-October) tour travels to the edge of the falls, and safely back.
The journey begins at Niagara Falls State Park, the oldest state park in the United States, and all the key viewing areas of the Niagara region—from the relatively unknown to some of the most famous tourist spots in the world.

- If joining from the Canadain side, a valid Passport or Visa is Required to cross the US/Canadian border. Passengers will not be allowed to travel without proof of identification.
- If joining from the US side, passports are not required UNLESS guests have chosen the cross-border upgrade. In this case, additional documentation may also be required to enter Canada depending on your country of citizenship.
- Parts of Niagara Falls State Park are pedestrianized. Guests should be prepared to walk during portions of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Sad. That’s the word I would have to use to sum this up. The tour guide had signs posted in her van saying in America it’s custom to tip 20%. That’s fine, but a couple was leaving the tour early and the tour guide pointed up to the sign before letting the couple off the bus. Sad. Add it in and pay better. Something. Classless

Paid 100 dollars a piece. Trip took off late. We drive to see the whirlpool which is free. We went to a hydroelectric plant. Did not get a tour, just went. Then Cave of the Winds, which cost $14 for tickets. So I paid $344 for a ride for four. This is a complete rip off. You can do all of the American side in the state park for about $50, although we did not do everything in the park. I asked for a partial refund and it was denied. STAY AWAY from this company. You will be disappointed, I was.

We paid for a boat experience and never got one. The tour guide was less than adequate. I won't ever use your company for anything in the future and am looking forward to a full or partial refund.

We had only one day to take in all the sights at Niagra Falls. What a great tour! Praddy was an excellent tour guide. He made sure that we were comfortable, well informed, and used our time wisely. He is very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time with him.

Chris was a great tour guide with lots of tidbits of information and a unique take on the history and sites at Niagara Falls. We did not realize that the Maid of the Mist was not included even though it was highlighted as the main part of the experience. The fine print said it was included May to September but the Maid of the Mist was running the day we went unbeknownst to our guide. The falls view and Cave of the Winds as well as the whirlpool excursion was worth the trip. Chris did his best to manage the disappointment of the group regarding the missed boat trip. I would recommend the trip just wait til May!

Great expierence. Just one minor issue where we were running late so we weren't wanted of the little ride that sprays water. But besides that we were fine.

Great overview of the New York side of the Falls. Taking the tour saves you from half to find a parking place and messing with all the parking meters very knowledgeable tour guide.

Fun tour! We took my 80 year old mother and teenager and everyone loved it! The bus driver was a bit too self promoting but the sights were amazing!

Driver was 45 minutes late. No one called to inform me of the delay.
Driver announced they didn't know some frequently asked.questions so don't bother to ask.
Driver chatted.with ticket vendor at Cave of the Winds while group waited in windy 20 degree weather outside by the clock.
Driver left to bring one person to Buffalo, leaving the whole group 45 minutes of waiting for them to come back in the Power Station lobby.
Driver only informed.some of the group, so it left some of us wo deri g what the hell was going on.
Nowhere in the description did it say the Observation Deck was under construction. A heads up that it was closed would've been nice. Driver offered a.trip to visit an island as a "bonus" but by then we were already late for dinner reservations.
I am not pleased at all.
