Grand tour of Nice, Eze, Monaco, and Monte Carlo

The trip was wonderful. Beautiful views in Nice, hidden gem in Eze (quaint, quiet, and amazing), and Monaco was the highlight. Just an amazing place. The palace area had great views of the city and port areas, and the shops were good too. You do need Euro when shopping in any of these cities. We also were able to see the Monte Carlo Casino, although did not get in to play.

Pls fix air conditioning and respond to customers

Francis was a wonderful guide and the tour was very good. However, two days prior to the tour, the company did not respond to any of my messages. And the van did not have air conditioning in the back. We were really suffering because it was 70 degrees Fahrenheit (even though it was Nov).

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. You contacted us several days before the tour and received an instant response with answer to your question. We also informed you that we will reconfirm the pickup details the days before the tour. And it was also done - we sent you a confirmation mail via Viator form and by SMS to your phone number. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any response either. Also, the van was equipped with AC. We are sorry that its capacity was not enough.
This was a great choice for a port excursion in Cannes with a full day of activities. Eze was my favorite

This was a great choice for a port excursion in Cannes. The tour guide, Samir was really nice, funny, charming, and accommodating. We were able to tour some areas on our own (Eze), and Samir guided us with his information in Monaco and Nice. The van we took on the tour all the way to Monte Carlo and back to the port was very comfortable and even though it was raining on the way back, we had a great time and it was an adventure in the south of France. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Worst ever travel experience

We booked a private tour for two couples in Monte Carlo. The driver showed iup 30 minutes late and was then pulled over immediately after we got in the car. The police made us get out, show our passports and then took the driver to jail. Horrible. No tour, The tour office never answered their phone. I spent $80 in phone calls trying to get information from Viator. Poor poor poor service and a terrible day. We were stranded and got no help from anyone. Shame shame on you. We paid $655 for the tour which was refunded but not enough to compensate.

Hello, First of all, you've booked a tour with departure from the port of Cannes while your cruise ship docked at the port of Monaco. It's two different locations, there is more than 1 hour of way (if there is no traffic) between them. Secondly, we should have a special authorization to pick up customers in Monaco. It's evident, we didn't have time to take it because the pickup information provided was incorrect and the driver guide had to go to Monaco ASAP as you were waiting for him. Unfortunately, he was stopped by the police for documents control and as a special authorization was missing he was not able to continue the tour with you. The police checked everything, all other documents were OK, and the police allowed the driver to leave Monaco without you. The police explained it to you. It 's a surprise to learn that the office didn't answered your calls while we talked to your by phone... We risked with this pickup just because we didn't wanted to deceive you and would like you to enjoy the tour. It was a big mistake. It was not appreciated, even when we issued you a full refund. It was a good lesson for us. We will never afford such situations in the future and will never accept such bookings with pickup confusions - we will directly refuse the pickup or offer an alternative pickup point as we usually do. We paid a good price for this booking mistake made by others and we gained good experience. Thank you Best regards

Beautiful trip across the French Riveria

The most memorable parts of our trip were seeing Eze and Monaco. We loved wandering around Eze and viewing the spectacular views. Our driver Sofian was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend this tour and will be telling our friends and family about it.

Our driver, Samir, was amazing. He took us to all our requested destinations, provided great guide information in every location. He was knowledgeable and made our day fun and easy. With that said, our ship arrived at 0700 but Bingo Tours would not pick us up before 0800. We waited and waited and could not connect with our driver until 0830…so we lost 1-1/2 hours of a short stop in Cannes.

Hello, The tour starts at 09.00. It is mentioned when you book it. Taken into account that your ship arrived at 07.00 we accepted to start the tour earlier when you asked about it and informed you that the driver would wait for you at the port since 08.00 despite the start time at 09.00. The driver was on time but the port services closed the access due to an accident and permitted nobody to enter the port area. There are plenty of people that can confirm it. I think, next time we should start the tour at 09.00 as scheduled... Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback

A Beautiful Day in Monaco

Had the most fantastic experience touring with Laurent! He was very accommodating to our group's needs and suggested itinerary changes more suitable to our interests. An extra addition included tracing the Formula One route which was fun and informative. Tony's restaurant was perfect for our lunch where the food and wine was delicious. Laurent was knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to spend the day learning about the region and history! Highly recommend !

We came May 15th the day before Cannes Festival. The roads were James with big trucks setting up all the tv, news and stuff for festive and Grand Prix May 28. Our Driver did his best to get us to all the sites the five of us wanted to do. The tour is a great one! Just not good at that time of year!

French Rivera tour

This was a fantastic tour and the highlight of our 12 day vacation and cruise. Eze was spectacular. We had a very nice private tour for six and could alter our trip as needed. Our tour guide, Laurent, was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area and made sure we made it back to the ship on time yet show us all of the sights possible in a short day.
