  • All guests weighing 270 lbs or more when weighed at check-in, will be required to purchase an additional empty seat less 15% before fuel surcharge to safely balance the aircraft. They will be guaranteed a window seat.
  • Seating is assigned based on weight and balance following guidelines which have been approved by the FAA. We cannot guarantee seats as the weight of guests must be balanced within the aircraft.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our flight was canceled by the operator due to not selling enough seats. Nowhere on the description does it mention there needs to be a minimum of 3 seats sold for the tour to happen, I only needed 2. They did offer a discount for me to purchase a 3rd empty seat,but at the prices they charge, it was too much still. If I had seen a minimum number on the description, I would have booked with a different company. In addition, when they did call to let me know, the staff didn't seem like they wanted to fill the flight or do the tour. Having a background in this particular field, I do know and understand the cost of operating helicopters. It is expensive. However, I never passed the cost of unsold seats on to my customers. Sometimes that is the cost of running a business.
