Our trip was AMAZING!!! Dustin , Sooa, and Captain Nate made us feel welcomed from the very start! They shared stories and explained everything to us. We saw TONS of fish and over ten active turtles. They had handheld jets, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to use and play with. I cannot recommend this boat excursion enough!!

Crew was AMAZINGG!! I am on a baby moon and it was my MISSION to snorkel with the turtles. Unfortunately it was a little complicated for me but the crew MADE SUREEEE I got to see my turtle and they even took my phone to take pictures for me! They were so great!

We had a wonderful time on this snorkeling trip! We loved being on the catamaran and the outing was really well- organized. The guides/ instructors Dustin, Tj, Aidan, Nate and Lainey were super friendly and engaging, and are very experienced. The brought us to a great spot where we spotted many turtles (at least 7). These turtles were so cute and friendly, and a couple of them swam towards (and amongst) us a few times. There was also a lot of fish to see. We were impressed with how well organized the tour was, the quality of equipment, as well as their safety standards. Even the snacks they provided were great! All in all, we had a fabulous time. Thank you to the lovely staff at Blue Ocean Snorkelling for a memorable experience!

I rate the tour 5stars 🌟 We had a fun day! We saw lots of fish and some turtles! Dustin and Delaney were awesome! They made it super fun and were a lot of help to us! But... Although, our comfirmation and ticket said 11:30. We received a phone call an hour before. The transportation left us. There was no understanding to be at our meet place scheduled at an earlier time than the email said. The lady apologized for her mistake on communication. Thank goodness we had a rental car, bc we wouldn't have been able to do this tour. So I rate that part a poor!

The entire crew of Blue Ocean snorkeling was very friendly and we had an amazing day with them. Dustin welcomed us as we arrived at the docks and told us what the day would entail. Once we were on board, we got very comfortable, and even though the guide was speaking, mostly Korean, we could tell that they were very enthusiastic and excited. Right as we left the docks, we got lucky enough to see some whales! We made our way to the turtle snorkeling area and felt very safe as they led us through the waves to see the turtles swimming and coming up for air. We had a lot of fun with the waters sports and activities on offer, it was a bit choppy out from the wind, so they tethered us to the boat to make sure we felt safe. It was just an amazing experience! Thanks again!

This trip was so much fun. The crew was amazing and we had a great time. We saw so many turtles and they helped us out with anything we needed. Our group was fairly small and there was only 4 guests who spoke English, and they were actually able to speak in Korean so the group was able to understand everything. Dustin stayed with us and told us everything the owners were saying and made sure we weren’t lost! Thought it was really cool and accommodating to everyone who was visiting. 10/10 would do again

Had a great experience with this charter. The crew was very helpful. Dustin had been amazing, as he took good care of the English speaking audience. The overall experience on this boat was wonderful- the crew, the activities, the sailing towards the end, the music, the snacks (hot coffee, chips, juice, etc), the vibe, all was great. The crew spent time with everyone, and made it a comfortable and memorable experience for all of us.

We had a great experience on board and in the ocean! The crew were very informative with us and Dustin was great! The ocean was beautiful and they made sure to point out sea turtles while we swam and even brought up an urchin from the sea floor for us to handle. We had our kids with us and the crew made sure they had a blast and gave a bit more attention to them! It’s was great, I’d love to go again.

This was by far one of the most memorable experiences in Hawaii. Dustin and Brad were amazing! After seeing some reviews in another language, as English speakers, my friends and I were nervous. After meeting these two, we immediately felt comfortable. They explained everything in detail and once in the water, paid attention to ensure we were all safe. So many turtles and beautiful fish. Thank you to the entire team for an amazing experience.

We read the prior reviews, and understood this charter is marketed to non-mainland tourists when we booked. The 6-in-1 trip and price convinced us to book. We had the BEST TIME. Dustin, Patrick and Sia (sp) made the trip for us. We were given 1:2 instruction in English and given regular updates (remember, tour mostly for pan-Asian clients) they went out of their way to help us feel comfortable, safe, and have the best experience possible. TJ, the main guide. helped us to feel included by speaking in Korean to the group of 40, then us in English, making contact with us so we felt included. Dustin also went above and beyond, to make sure we were good. We are water people, so most of the instruction was redundant, and a few minutes in he understood that. We really got to know them- it was so cool. We had the opportunity to do all the things- snorkel, paddle board, the swim machine thing, canoe, sail, and body board. We chose to just snorkel, because the sights were so amazing. We saw 10+ turtles, 2 eels, a sting ray, SOO many cool fish, and a pod of dolphins, including the famous spinning dolphins. While the language barrier and cultural issues could be an issue, the boat staff did an amazing job of providing a safe, adventurous excursion for everyone on board. I would highly recommend this charter- the boat captain was so cool, the boat staff amazing, and TJ was great. Also, the pick up at our hotel was right on time, and we felt safe with his driving. 5 stars for sure.

OK but the tour is in Japanese.

I left a review but it was changed somehow to a Five Star. And the wording was different. I bought this to go snorkeling and see the turtles. I did that and it was fun! Other than that I would give less stars. This tour is in only Japanese!!! Period. So we couldn’t hear what was going on. And the owner sites and yells the whole trip which is very annoying.
