Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes early to check-in. The boat leaves on schedule and can't wait for late arrivals. You MUST be on the boat 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please know that traffic is bad in Florida and that you need to leave early to make sure you can still make it to the boat on time. There are no refunds or reschedules for missing the boat. If you are unsure of start times or have a general question please call us.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
