What are people saying about Universal Orlando Resort

Fast and Simple
Great price and I used Rakuten so got some extra rebates. Also, was able to pick up the tickets at the Hotel so that made it even more convenient!

One time is enough
Expensive, confusing as far as which park is which. Horror Nights was going on so things were being blocked off early and lines of those people were all along the street starring at us

Great, fun experiences at Universal parks with smooth process.
Great price and great way to buy universal tickets. Although the tickets aren't given directly, it only took a minute to get the tickets once in Universal. No issues at all, easy and great experience. We both enjoyed our days in the parks and we had no problem at all with Viator as our ticket providers.

Great choice
Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and secure. Beds were easy to sleep in and the unit has everything you need for eating in. Guards out front were nice and polite.
