Meeting point

    5656 E Silver Springs Blvd, Silver Springs, FL 34488, USA

    Enter park at the large wooden and brick sign that says Silver Springs Entrance. At the stop sign turn left to the main parking lot. On the side of the parking is the kayak drop of area. We will be at the kayak drop off area wearing long sleeve purple shirts with the Clear Canoeing logo on the back.

  • Weight limit of 250lbs per seat and 400lbs for the whole canoe.
  • All canoes are tandem. The canoes comfortably fit 2 people maximum. One small child is permitted with 2 adults if the weight limit is not exceeded.
  • Dogs are permitted. They must be leashed at all times.
  • Drinks and snacks are permitted. Please remove your trash when complete.
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Most peaceful place on earth. We saw everything other than the monkeys. You could spend all day on the lake it’s so beautiful. Were from England so have no lakes like this it was a huge Orlando highlight for us.

Rebecca was great! Viator not so much! They over booked our outing. We had to travel 2 hours to do this excursion. If it wasn't for Rebecca from Clear Canoeing pulling some strings with another company we would of had to cancel. The excursion itself was awesome. It was a great day of seeing some very cool wildlife! Clear canoeing gave us little maps and gave us some info on what areas are best to see different wildlife. This option was awesome because you can go at whatever speed you want, rather than follow behind a tour guide at their speed. A word of advice though.. skip the third part and call and book with clear canoeing direct!

Having driven from Orlando, van fire causing us to be super late, highway at stop for approx. 35 minutes, getting to the activity and seeing no one there but or rented boats sitting empty, communication cut off using an email. Best thing about it? Don’t go. No money returned for being late!

What they failed to mention was 2 hrs before the reservation time they were already saying they would be late to their reservation. This was due to their own poor planning and not accounting for anytime to get off the plane, get their luggage, or get to their rental car. They were WELL OVER AN HOUR late. So even if there was not a “van fire” they would have still been OVER 40 minutes late. We request that everyone arrive 15 minutes early so there is time to park, collect anything you would like to bring, pay the state park admission, sign waivers, and go over the route. Also to add they were extremely rude and condescending in most messages. Clear Canoeing is the highlight of most of our guests’ vacations, they enjoy the paddle more than Disney or Universal. Due to that we often wait longer than we should so everyone can enjoy the experience. About 80% of our guests are late. We have never waited over an hour for rude and condescending guests.

Difficult to control and do not recommend. A regular kayak is better. Don’t waste your money on the clear bottom boat.

Such a great experience to be so up close with all the wildlife. We had so much fun looking out for manatees, gators, birds and monkeys although we did not catch a glimpse of the monkeys. We were still able to see everything else. The clear kayak is perfect to see everything under you. Rebecca is awesome! She is so nice and very knowledgeable about the springs and animals. We got lost and came back a little later, but she was so understanding and accommodating. Will definitely do it again and recommend to anyone out there. Thank you!!

We saw lots of fish, alligators and monkeys (+baby monkeys)! Such a relaxing and fun activity after disney times :) We also saw a manatee after our tour!
