What they failed to mention was 2 hrs before the reservation time they were already saying they would be late to their reservation. This was due to their own poor planning and not accounting for anytime to get off the plane, get their luggage, or get to their rental car.
They were WELL OVER AN HOUR late. So even if there was not a “van fire” they would have still been OVER 40 minutes late.
We request that everyone arrive 15 minutes early so there is time to park, collect anything you would like to bring, pay the state park admission, sign waivers, and go over the route.
Also to add they were extremely rude and condescending in most messages.
Clear Canoeing is the highlight of most of our guests’ vacations, they enjoy the paddle more than Disney or Universal. Due to that we often wait longer than we should so everyone can enjoy the experience.
About 80% of our guests are late. We have never waited over an hour for rude and condescending guests.
