See the Bay’s towns, forests and islands – all the way out to Cape Brett’s famous Hole in the Rock – from the sky on this aerial adventure. - If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Lots of fun! Amazing views of Bay of Islands. Enjoyed the boat ride too. Should have gone for a full dip at the end.

Communication wasn’t good between customers and consumers. My partner has been before when weather wasn’t so windy and had a way more enjoyable time as this time we had to stay stationary the whole time which was boring. The communication ruined our whole afternoon as we had other plans

Hi there,
Yes, you missundersood me when I said to wait around as the boat will be in shortly and the crew will let you know when its time to board. All other customers waited around and boarded the boat on time.
I did not realize that you guys walked off and came back 1.5 hours later and had expected a phone call when it was time to board.
In regards to it being windy on the day, unfortunately we can not controll the wind.
However the skipper made an extra trip out with you guys even though we had finished for the day.

Really fun and cool experience. You go up really high and get wonderful views. It was my first time parasailing and I’d love to go again. You have to wait for everyone else to go before/after you but it’s nice to enjoy the scenery and being on the water. The guys running it we’re really nice
