      A true working farmhouse and family home. Farm owner / BnB owner and chef Rappella couldn't have been more charming, personable and welcoming. We were really hands on and the final results were just as amazing as the environment we cooked in. 6-stars easily!

      Wonderful setting with very enthusiastic chef Raphael & dishes deliteful. Recommendable class but didnt receive our certificates as advertised on website. Hope it can be send or forwarded to participants shortly.

      I was so excited to take my son to an authentic hands-on Italian cooking class, as making pasta is one of his favorite activities. We were not disappointed! Raffaella was a wonderful teacher and amazing cook. She taught us four recipes, tips we’d never heard, and did it all with patience and humor. We thoroughly enjoyed being in her home and having this experience. After all the food was cooked, we ate in her beautiful back yard. It could not have been better! The food was incredible. She taught us well!

      Raffaella was a great host and cook. We learned so much and she is very knowledgeable of the local cuisine and some of the other cuisines of Italy. She kept us engaged and made cooking fun. One of the highlights of our trip.

      We absolutely loved this class! It was certainly something we were very glad we had booked. It was a joy to be taught such a range of tips and techniques by Rafaella who has a wealth of experience. She is an excellent teacher! She catered brilliantly to my dietary needs which was much appreciated. Certainly a must-book as it was well worth it!
