With our chef and an assistant, learn how to make your own fettuccine and tart starting from scratch. After learning about the sauce we typically use in Ascoli Piceno, relax with a glass of Prosecco and have a small aperitivo. Dinner will be served with the food you have prepared, you better put some effort in it! The class is about making pasta. The cooking of the pasta and the baking of the tart will happen in the kitchen where guests are not allowed.
