What To Expect

Your private transfer begins with morning pickup directly at your hotel in Phnom Penh and assistance loading your luggage into the sedan or minivan—your vehicle depends on the size of your group. Choose your departure time based on your travel schedule, then settle in on board to enjoy an air-conditioned ride through the provinces of Kampong Thom and Kampong Cham. Break up the six-hour trip with stops to stretch your legs, use the restroom, or snap photos before drop-off directly at your hotel in Siem Reap, where your driver will help you unload bags and make sure you’re at the correct location before saying goodbye.

Enjoyable trip

Excellent driver Richard who spoke fluent English. Great to see and learn about the countryside rather than catching a plane. Car was very comfortable and appreciated the air con. Stop at the bug market and historic bridge were an added bonus.

Great experience

Mr Fong was a very safe and reliable driver. He also had a great sense of humour. He stopped at various locations to taste local delicacies, spiders - we just took photos, delicious palm fruit, iced coffees and fabulous bamboo rice. We also stopped to see 1,000 year old bridge. Lunch stop also - but better to take your own snacks as it’s a large roadside cafe - food not so flavoursome as Siem Reap or PP.

Best long drive of my life

We had the most amazing drive from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Our lovely driver made a six hour drive fly by so quickly. He was so lovely and informative. He stopped at the spider market so we could pat a cute tarantula and buy some lovely fruit. We also had a tasty lunch stop and a visit to a 1000 year old bridge. It was a wonderful experience!

Horrible roadside restaurant

The driver was hardworking but insisted of stopping at some open air roadside restaurant that delivered me the worst food poisoning of my life that I lost an entire day+ in Siem Reap

We did a private transfer, door to door, by car from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. The driver was excellent and very experienced especially as the drivers in Cambodia aren’t exactly great 😂 we stopped at a nice Khmer restaurant for lunch (at our own expense). We were very happy we did it, better than flying up to Siem Reap, took the same amount of time and less hassle.

Our driver arrived early and greeted us with a smile. He quickly loaded our luggage and chatted with us, answering our questions with good English. He took us to the “Spider Market,” the 7 Eleven and the Naga Bridge. We learned so much and had a great time! He was terrific!
