A pleasant surprise

I had such a wonderful time on this tour! The islands were beautiful and the trail was forgiving, even for a person who hadn't been on a bike in years. Getting to see how silk is made was a true highlight. On top of that, I had the most lovely and attentive guide. Ted was very wonderful on this tour and made it easy and comfortable.

- i asked the guide to confirm the meeting point one day before, never replied. Result : big confusion to start the day - nothing to see on the island apart from the same temples again -guide was only interested in making money : was always riding the bike ahead of me ( making me feel i was no fast enough), no interactions, no conversations, 0 interests in his clients .. super boring few good things - the sillk " farm " was cool and an excellent meal was provided at the end of the visit - we came accross the buddhist ceremony that i really liked but this was luck , cause it was hled only once a year . If you come on another day, you'll see nothing particular but too be honest its not worth the price

Hi Celine. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent tour experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your honest insights, as they help us improve our services. We regret the confusion regarding the meeting point, and we acknowledge the importance of clear communication. We will address this matter with our team to ensure that future travelers receive timely responses and avoid any confusion at the start of the day. It's disappointing to hear that the guide's behavior did not meet your expectations. We take such concerns seriously, and we will investigate this matter further to ensure our guides uphold the standards of excellent customer service. Your experience is certainly not reflective of our usual standards, and we apologize for any discomfort caused. On a positive note, we're glad you enjoyed the silk "farm" visit and appreciated the excellent meal provided. Additionally, stumbling upon the Buddhist ceremony added a unique touch to your experience, even though it was a stroke of luck. We truly value your feedback, and we're committed to addressing the areas where we fell short. Please know that your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, providing an improved and more enjoyable experience. Thank you for your understanding.

I absolutely loved my day with Ted! He was an incredibly kind and generous guide - he shared all kinds of interesting information and made the day fun and tailored to what I wanted to do. This is a super way to see the islands, do something a bit physical and learn about life in Phnom Penh.

A really enjoyable morning. Vichet was a brilliant guide, the bikes were in great condition, and the route was fun and exciting without ever being too difficult. A nice change from the city.

This was a fantastic tour. The tour guide was very informative and took us to see the back streets and country side of Cambodia. It was a very well organised tour that ran very smoothly. I highly recommend!

Had a great half day bike ride. Very enjoyable. Easy riding once you get out of the city (which only took a few minutes).

Thoroughly enjoyed my time with my guide, whose name I think is Weichart. He was informative and very personable, as well attentive to my comfort. We went at a reasonable pace and stopped to take in local sites along the way. The stop at the silk farm was especially interesting as I got to learn about the process of making silk from a family who has been doing it for generations. The trail got bumpy at times, but was quite negotiable and the bike was excellent for the task at hand. I enjoyed getting out of the city and seeing a point of view that would not have been available otherwise. At our stop for lunch at the end of the tour, the food was not up to par, but served the purpose of satisfying hunger. If you enjoy bike riding, take this tour.

Each of my experiences with Viator was awesome. I great appreciated getting to experience, or a least witness, locals living their day to day life. My guide was great, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The food and conversation was good,I'm considering traveling to Asia again later this year and will make Viator apart of trip. Well worth it.

Excellent experience. Only rider on the trip and so had a personal guide. Amon was a great guide. We went off the beaten track and saw the way rural people live and work but so close to Phenom Penh. I was most impressed by her open and genuine friendliness to all who she met, giving greetings to those we rode past. She was informative and professional. Highly recommended as a tour guide.

This was one of best Cambodia experiences I had in my trip. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable person. No complaints. You go through the traffic of Phnom Penh first. This was first little scary because no traffic lights! but if you get the feeling, it's nothing scared about. It's interesting but the traffic flows without traffic lights in Phnom Penh because they go very slow. Then, you go to some rural areas, through cornfields, across rivers on the boat, waving to kids, visiting temples...and so many things.
