  • Wristbands must be put on before entering Blue Tree Lagoon and worn for the entire duration of visit in the park
  • Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult
  • Food and beverages (including alcohol) purchased outside the park are not allowed in Blue Tree Lagoon
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas for the comfort of all guests
  • Visitors are required to shower before entering any pool and water play area
  • ** Visitors may wish to take advantage of KIDS PLANET. It offers a fun atmosphere and plenty of activities for the little ones. THE LITTLE LADY BUG ROOM is for ages 18months to below 3 years is THB 300- per hour (pay locally) and THE BIG BEAR ROOM is for ages 3 years to below 7 years is THB 250- per hour (pay locally). Grip socks are required (available on arrival with surcharge).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
