Absolutely horrible service. I booked a tour today at 12pm for next day morning at 8am . I accidentally put the qty of the guests as 10 instead of 7 which was a mistake. Within 15 mins of the booking I realized the mistake and contacted their support team to inform about this. Their reply was that refunds are valid only for changes 24 hours before the departure when my booking was also within 24 hours before departure. You guys need to review your policies thoroughly. Will never recommend this site to anyone or never book through this again.

It was great not only to see the train, but ride on it . You have to give the paddler advance notice that you’d like to buy something at the floating markets otherwise it’s a W uick drive by .

Not a Good Tour Company

Prior to trip received email to watch out for Big Country Experience labeled van and sign with guide. Saw none. Waited in Lobby with glass window looking out. Received no text or messages from guide compared to other trips in Thailand they messaged me they have arrived and who to look for. I messaged on Viator and number provided we are waiting. More than half hour after message the tour responded back saying they couldn't find us. Asked the doorman of the hotel and notified have not seen them. Tour group stated we can join them later if we wanted to get a private 2 hour taxi ride we would have to pay out of pocket to reach them. Denied refund and poor service. Buyer beware. Tour group blames everything on you for missing trip.

We loved riding the train to the market and then seeing it take off from the station and how all the vendors have to prepare. Very entertaining! Also we really enjoyed the floating market.

7.5 hour trip (10 min of market shopping)

It does not mention that it is a 2h 15m drive from some locations. The drive plus a train ride (which was great) together, took 4 hours. It was 4 hours before we reached the train market. Then we were told we’re not actually going to shop there, just walk through VERY quickly. I had to hold my 4 year old because he couldn’t keep up with the pace. Then we took the same original van to the floating market. The floating market was amazing. After, we were walked to a restaurant area and told we should eat there and that we are meeting up to go home in 30-45 min. So we ate and had about 10 min to shop. We got dropped off at 4 pm. So the “half day” was actually 7.5 hours for us and 10 minutes were actual shopping. We were trying to stay positive but others in our group were expressing similar concerns. Would not go again nor recommend. The markets are great though. Just don’t take this tour to get there.

Our drivers were so desperate sometime under the road construction in some area on their ways. Moreover, they were more concern about safety and speeds limit. Very interesting to see these markets and we stopped by the salt fields which I liked too. The market is crazy and some areas are a little fishy but it is part of the experience! Guide was good and spoke clearly. It was a long day but we had a very comfortable van and stopped plenty of times to see stuff or get a drink. Would recommend this, especially for the cost!
