For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Didn’t turn up, didn’t answer the phone - avoid!

Booked this transfer from the airport to my hotel to simplify my holiday, should have bothered as the driver didn’t turn up. The tour operator WhatsApped me the day before to ask me for the flight number and the hotel I needed transferring to. I supplied the information in good time. Upon arrival in Phuket I realised the arrival instructions were out of date, it said for international arrivals to meet at gate3/4. This part of the terminal is currently being renovated so doesn’t exist currently. So I walked out the main entrance (gate 1) where all of the other drivers where, there wasn’t anyone with a sign with my name. I then walked a full lap of the airport arrivals area 4 times, confirming the gates3/4 doesn’t currently exist and I also confirmed my driver wasn’t there. I then phoned the WhatsApp number lots of times but no one answered. I tried messaging through Viatour and still nothing. I gave up, paid one of the taxi companies at the entrance to take me to my hotel, and found it was actually cheaper to do it this way anyway. Hopefully I get a full refund and an apology, not a nice way to start my holiday.

The process was excellent! A lady pick up up in the gate 2 and called the driver. The car was clean and nice. It took around 50 min from the Phuket airport to the Marriott Merlin beach.

The only good thing, the driver drove safely for the most part. We asked him to stop for us to buy water several times and he ignored the request. Driver spoke no English. Which surprised me since most Thai people in Phuket speak a little English to communicate with tourists.

Dear Dennis, Sadden to know this issue, because of covid protocol we keep water in the Van and not allowed traveler to leave van and go to shopping center. we are sorry for this, but we need to follow our covid rules, which Is now relaxed actually now. Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel

Am Flughafen wird man freundlich empfangen. Wichtig beim angegeben Terminal das Flughafengebäude verlassen. Dort stehen dann viele mit Schildern mit dem Namen. Im Auto würde dann Wasser angeboten und der Fahrer war zügig unterwegs zu Unterkunft. Wir waren vier Personen und Preis und Leistungen sind in Ordnung.
