What To Expect

Discover the highlights of Phuket in just half a day on this convenient overview tour that includes round-trip transfers by air-conditioned vehicle and a guide to provide informative commentary on Phuket and its attractions.

Choose from a morning or afternoon tour and enjoy pickup from your central Phuket hotel. Drive along beach roads through Patong, Karon, Kata, and Rawai and stop at Karon Viewpoint for panoramic views.

Afterwards, pay a visit to the Big Buddha, followed by Wat Chalong, the largest and most important temple in Phuket.

Excellent activity!

My daughter and I enjoyed this activity very much. Our driver and tour guide took excellent care of us. They kept us well-hydrated in a very hot weather, providing us with water all the time. Our tour guide explained each site in ample detail and gave us enough time to enjoy the views and take photos. The transporting van was very clean and comfortable, with a very good air conditioning. The sites visited were beautiful and full of history, well explained by our guide Meow. We recommend this activity very much without reservation.

Itiniary had a visit to a cashew farm but this did not happen. Spent way to much time on the bus between sights because of traffic congestion. Would not recommend.

Good way to see a lot of the main spots in Phuket

Just enough time at the viewpoint and the big buddha; could have stayed a little longer at Chalong Temple. Also could have stayed longer in Old Town but that's also something you could do seperately easily enough. A good way to hit up a lot of the main spots in Phuket. Our tour guide Daisy was very lovely and knowledgeable. We were in a small group and picked-up directly at the hotel. It was lucky that it was a slow day, so most of our stops were not crowded and we had time and space to take lovely pictures and explore the area. Definitely an experience worth repeating. Awesome tour and my guide was great! If you want to know more about the people and places of the island then book this one. I got a full appreciation not only of the beaches and beauty but of the people and culture and history. Well worth it. Just one tip go early before crowds start and watch out for the monkeys.

A worthwhile tour

This tour shows off the highlights of Phuket. The Big Buddha was very impressive and Wat Chalong was beautiful. You do spend a lot of time in the van, fighting traffic to get from place to place, unfortunately, but that can't be helped. Old Phuket-town was a surprise, it was a very nice shopping area, although we didn't have enough time for lunch there. One other problem on our tour was our guide, while seemingly knowledgeable, did not speak English very well and spoke so softly, you could barely hear (or understand) him. I can't say we learned very much from him. Also, the tour description says a stop at a cashew factory is included, but that didn't happen. Still, I did enjoy the places we visited, I just wish I had learned a little bit about them!

Great way to see Phuket

Great trip. Timed perfectly for enough time to see the sights in the heat. Our guide Yaya was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Very reasonably priced and water/cold towels provided which was great with the air con. Take enough money for a couple of drinks and souvenirs. We also stopped at a cashew nut factory which sold lots of lovely food gifts.

Had a great time yesterday with FA the guide. She and driver Wit went out of their way to make this Monday great for us. Saw elephants, tigers learn history and culture and walnut factory. Old Town history and culture and food was highlight for us.

Nice tour of Buddhist temples. I ran out of time so did not see old town. Had a driver and a guide. Had some difficulty understanding the guide’s English. Otherwise he was very knowledgeable and friendly and attentive.

We booked a private tour and our guide Daisy was lovely. She happily answered our questions, took group photos for us, and was very enthusiastic about all the places we visited. The views were incredible from both the viewpoint and Big Buddha, the temple was beautiful, and wandering around Old Phuket is something not to miss (especially for coffee lovers).
