The timing for picking you up (and dropping you off) at your hotel has been planned considering that it may take between 1 to 2 hours to travel from your hotel to the tour starting point (or vice versa). This estimated travel time of 1-2 hours might change, becoming either shorter or longer, based on where exactly your hotel is located in relation to the tour starting point. For instance, if your hotel is closer to the tour starting point, the transit time might be less than 1 hour. If your hotel is farther away, the transit time could be 2 hours. Please note, for join-in tour, the transfer will be shared with other guests. As we strive to accommodate everyone's pick-up and drop-off, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding with the transit schedule and timing. Pick-up & Drop-off are included within the free pick-up area. Please provide your hotel name and room number. For shared tour pick-up/drop-off from Ao Yon, Cape Panwa, Ko Sire, Leam Hin, Ao Por, Naiyang, Naithorn, Layan, Mai Khao, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, and the Airport area, an additional transfer charge of 200 baht/person applies. If you have not pre-paid for the transfer extra charge option, the driver or tour guide will collect cash on the tour.

Very good tour for getting the basics of Phuket

We had a private tour for five persons and it went really well. The tour started on time, the minivan was very comfortable and the stops well planned. Our guide Jeniffer was very knowledgeable and she was generously sharing her knowledge with us.

This tour was wonderful. Our guide Jennifer and our driver Mr. V were both top notch. Jennifer shared so much history with us and lunch was excellent. I highly recommend this tour.

The best friendly guide and professional driver are on this tour. I can't explain in words how much they tried to make our trip beautiful Be careful with this agency because on the last day they added 1000 BAT for driving which we had to pay because it is difficult to find a new agency within 24 hours. But now the worst is coming, 2 hours before departure they wanted to charge 2000 BAT to which we did not respond and luckily we were taken over by a wonderful and professional guide and driver. If I could, I would give 5 stars for the driver and guide and 0 stars for the agency. Be careful

We were super excited to take this tour as it seemed like it would cover a great amount of things to see and do in Phuket. Our tour guide was so nice! He was really sweet but unfortunately his English was really hard to comprehend. The bus we were on also didn’t seem to have working air conditioning so we were all dying in the heat. Add in the fact that when we got to lunch only two of the appetizer options were available and the food was mediocre really left a sour taste in our mouths. We also didn’t get to try one of the things on the agenda which included trying the Phuket pancakes. The big Buddha and windmill view point were probably the best part of the tour. It was overall just average.

Phuket area

It was nice to have the tour guide and driver pick us up at our hotel. Walking the streets of Old Town Phuket was incrediblee but the tour guide gave little explanation of what we were seeing. Also, his English was poor and hard to understand. You really did get to see a lot of the area (in the van, we didn't stop) including the many beautiful beaches along the sea. It was long day and very hot, but wonderful to see the island of Phuket with a capable driver.

We had a great experience, Oh (spp?)was a wonderful guide, and kept us entertained with stories about life in Thailand. The Big Buddha was spectacular, as was the high viewpoint looking out over the water. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely trip. Our guide Rainy was clever, quick witted and knowledgeable about Phuket. We learnt so much and I have a really big appreciation for the information she shared about the monk, leaving offerings for the monk and insights into Buddhism as a whole. The Big Buddha is an awe inspiring structure and the temple is beautiful. Book this tour and pray for Rainy!

Good way to see everything

A good and quick way to see attractions in Phuket, the highlight was the windmill view point and the sunset. We spent about 1.5 hours there and watched the sunset completely which was absolutely gorgeous. We were told to finish the stay by 30 mins, but we stayed till the sun set and they allowed us, with no disturbances. Overall awesome. Phuket is HOT so be prepared

I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Maria is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. There were only 5 in our group which allow us some flexibilty when it comes to how much time we spend in each place. Thanks to Maria for giving us more time at our lunch. The lunch place has a beautifel setting and there are plenty of choices. We visited all the itinerary that's listed on Viator. The tour company could improve it's communication prior to the tour. It was not clear what time is pick-up at the hotel so I sent 2 WhatsApp messages to which I got a reply of " will confirm shortly". On the day of the tour I stll have not received any message what time is pick-up. Lo and behold. … we got a call 30 minutes before start of tour that the driver is at the lobby. We had to rush to the lobby!!! Tour opertor please indicate on Viator that pick -up is 30 minutes before start of tour

Great day out, we had our 2year old with us and the tour guide Hamie (probably not spelt correct) but they were amazing! So great with our son, the lunch was lovely and it was a perfect time at each stop. Would definitely recommend this trip. Thanks so much

Phuket private tour

Our tour guide Rainy was there early at 8:15am but we missed her. I texted her and find each other outside the port are by the mosque. It was a private tour with just the two of us in a very nice air conditioned SUV. They had a cooler full of water, soda and juices. 9am Best of Phuket tour with Viator Wat Chong temple: Buddha made of marble. In the temples there are many, many Buddha statues, different ones for every day of the week! We had to take off our shoes to go inside the temples. Shorts and tank tops are not allowed. The shoulders and knees must be covered. No hats or sunglasses either. People come here to pray, provide offerings like placing gold paper on the monks. When their prayers are answered, they come back and light the fire crackers. Rainy walked us all around the sites and told us about the former king who ruled for 70 years when he was 19 yrs old, from 1919 to 1989. He went to Switzerland to get educated and came back and personal researched and started many projects to improve the country. For example, he made artificial rain by bombarding the clouds. The big Buddha is made of cement and covered with jade and marble from Mynamar (Burma). Only place that has this stone. Buddha's eyes are made of black jade and sapphire 35,000 carets. There are lots of wild monkeys here that are not afraid of people so beware! Most of the Thai Chinese and local Thai are Buddhism, Indians are Hindu, Sikhs and the rest are Muslims. Went to the west side of the island to a lookout point to see a beach and island with no habitation. People go there in their sail boats to watch the sunset and go snorkeling.

I Fell In Love

I absolute love Mr Sanya my tour guide. He showed and taught me so much about Thailand and Phuket. He made me fall in love with the people and the culture and now I’m actually planning on moving here sooner than later. If you have the chance to get a private tour with him I highly recommend it!! He’s the best!!!

Our tour got off to a bad start. The tour was arranged to start at 12.30. I got an email to say we’d be met at the pier between 11.40 and 11.50. I had an email discussion with the tour operator and it was agreed we would start at 12.30 as arranged. You are tendered at Phuket and and we got off the ship with plenty of time. The road where you come off the jetty was chaos, with taxi drivers everywhere offering trips. Our guide was nowhere to be seen. Long story short, I had to go over the road to a hotel to ask to use their WiFi and email the tour operator to tell them to tell the guide where we were. The guide showed up a few minutes later, very apologetic but said he was down the street away from the mayhem! I checked the meeting instructions which didn’t mention that we should move from the pier! After that initial problem, all went well. The guide and the driver were very good.

This is actually so worth it it was incredible it took a time with us and explained everything and we got to see a little bit of extra we gotta see the cashew not factory as well as honeybee farm and she she educated you gave your time to shop and like let you go and explore for a little bit before you had to go and it was actually a perfect combination then and you even got to like go to like one of the temples and she explained a lot more like when you ask questions and she was absolutely absolutely incredible they offered refreshments because of the heat and stuff it was definitely worthwhile
