The timing for picking you up (and dropping you off) at your hotel has been planned considering that it may take between 1 to 2 hours to travel from your hotel to the tour starting point (or vice versa). This estimated travel time of 1-2 hours might change, becoming either shorter or longer, based on where exactly your hotel is located in relation to the tour starting point. For instance, if your hotel is closer to the tour starting point, the transit time might be less than 1 hour. If your hotel is farther away, the transit time could be 2 hours. Please note, for join-in tour, the transfer will be shared with other guests. As we strive to accommodate everyone's pick-up and drop-off, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding with the transit schedule and timing. Pick-up & Drop-off are included within the free pick-up area. Please provide your hotel name and room number For shared tour pick-up/drop-off from Ao Yon, Cape Panwa, Ko Sire, Leam Hin, Ao Por, Naiyang, Naithorn, Layan, Mai Khao, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, and the Airport area, an additional transfer charge of 200 baht/person applies. If you have not pre-paid for the transfer extra charge option, the driver or tour guide will collect cash on the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Amazing tour

Brilliant tour with so much to see and great value for money. Lovely local food in Phucket town, followed by elephants, temples, big Budda and more. Our guide Arm and driver Wee where excellent and gave us plenty of information and gave us time to wander around the sites ourselves. Never felt rushed. The highlight was seeing the elephants, which was in a beautiful environment and it looked like the elephants where very well cared for.

This tour was fantastic, it is like 3 tours in one. All the places we visited were well worth it and the tour guides were so friendly, informative, punctual and lots of fun. Highly recommended for all ages!!

This was a great tour. It was just four of us (maybe it’s because it’s low season) and to the point. The different places we visited were worth and our tour guide was thorough and knowledgeable. Great way to get to know the area and the way wild animals should be treated

Disappointing and not worth time and money

On the whole this was a disappointing tour for a few reasons. The pickup/drop off was with one vehicle for everybody no matter where people stayed and for us it meant 2.5 hours before and 2.5 hours after the tour which is unacceptable for a 5 hour tour, especially after paying extra for transport. Old town walking around for 20mins was on our own because of traffic delay. We didn’t get to try Thai pancake listed on the tour either and that’s probably also because of delay. Elephant sanctuary experience was also average and not sure it was worth the time and money. The care takers there were very nice and did explain a lot of things. Our tour guide Tong was also very good and he did the best he could with the poorly designed and planned tour by the agency. I would not recommend it.

Really recommend this tour It made our trip too Thailand even better We saw so much in this tour and went for hours We looked at other tours , but this one did so much and lots of places and experiences. - From the rescued Elephants and feeding them,Old Town,Shopping time, Tradition Thai lunch(included), Temples, Plus the big temple on the mountain also and got blessed by a Buddha, Sunset and more A massive thanks too our tour operator-Monk. His such a awesome person and the bus driver Vee They would do anything too make your day even better Great value,+ nice aircondition bus A really great tour and worth going We had the best time !!!

Perfect tour to explore the island

Everything was very nice. We where to adults and a child 6 years old. And total we were 7 people. Driver is carefull and good. Guid is giving enough information and answering all questions. Perfect balance between guidining time and time to explore by your own. We have been picked up at hotel and driven back. Really good food at lunch and so much water/soft drinks you want during the tour.

An amazing tour!

It was a great experience to make this tour during the day. And the route is the most feasible one you can do in a day. With our driver, Wee, I had a very comfortable trip with the air-co VIP minivan. And our guide, Rmong, explained all the details about the monuments and the places that we visited. It was hilarious!

Eine wunderschöne Stadttour

Es war eine wunderschöne Stadttour. Wir waren nur zu zweit mit unserer Reiseguide -so zusagen-wie ein Private tour. Alles super organisiert, pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt , wunderschöne Spaziergang im China Town. Unsere "Erzählungsdame" könnte super englisch und sogar wenig deutsch. War sehr gesprächig, hat sehr viel erzählt und gezeigt. Das Essen wat toll, die Elefantentour war sehr gut. es war ein wunderschöner Tag- kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank
