    I felt I got scammed

    There is nothing memorable about this trip. The Viator's schedule for return time from the tour supposed to be at 3:00 pm but the local operator said it was 5:00pm. Since I was on a cruise and the ship's departure time is at 5:00pm, we were not able to go with the tour. The local tour operator told us to get a refund from Viator but Viator said no refund, period.
