Fun in the sun

Great excursion & the catamaran is quite nice. Dillon was awesome & serviced us with drinks around the clock with a smile on his face. I do feel the music could have been better. Only Latin music was played on the first stretch…I feel they could mix it more with R&B, easy listening & pop music. Also the food was quite tasty. Overall a good excursion. Didn’t snorkel so no review on that part, we just chilled on the catamaran.

Fun way to experience the wildlife

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We were in good hands. Snorkeling was very sub par. Don't expect to see much in the murky waters. Sunset was amazingly beautiful though and there was plenty of drink and fun. Food was ok.

Thank you for the review. Sorry the snorkeling wasn't better but sometimes it depends on the wave action and the amount of plankton and nutrients in the Pacific. On the up side though, that's why we have so much marine life. We agree that the sunset is breathtaking year around and we have never had any complaints about the food, drinks and the fun. Sting Rays and Sunset

It was a very relaxing day, we saw sting rays and multiple colored fish. The captain positioned the boat perfectly to watch a spectacular sunset. The lunch provided was tasty, the music was fun, the crew was excellent! We met alot of people and enjoyed a nice relaxing day together.

Great boating, terrible snorkeling

The catamaran part of the trip was amazing! We saw whales, dolphins and even turtles mating in the water. The sunset was simply amazing and the boat captain did a great job when we saw the animals. The food was pretty good too. The snorkeling however was terrible. The coral was mostly dead and only a few fish to see. Highly recommend if you just want to swim, see wildlife, and hang out. But if you are taking this mainly for snorkeling, I wouldn't recommend.

Thank you Christy, sorry the snorkeling was not up to par. However that happens sometimes when we get a lot of wave action that stirs up the plankton and nutrients, however, because of that, that is why you saw so much marine life like whales, dolphins, the turtles, etc. We do have just snorkeling and diving tours that we go further out in the gulf around the islands but doesn't included the Sunsets you come back earlier. So So kinda sunset kinda snorkeling tour.

So-so at best. The good - transportation to the event was timely and comfortable. Food on board was basic, but good and plentiful. Bar service was good if not excellent. Boat was in good condition. The bad - The boat parks a long way from any fish. Oddly after the failed snorkeling ended, the boat got 100 meter closer to where the fish were. They did not offer, but had, flippers. A few knew to ask. Most did not. They headed into the shore during sunset, so it was not really seen well. Crew seemed to not really care about the guests. They were not rude, just oblivious. Notes - No shoes allowed on the boat. You will need to wade to the small boats that take you to the big boat. Music is good and not overpowering.

Thank you for the review. We will certainly look into why we received our first 3 star review. As you can see we have hundreds of favorable reviews so it really concerns us when we get less than a 5 or 4 star. We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations as this is one of our most popular tours that normally receives nothing but raves. Snorkeling: This really concerns us as we normally (conditions permitting) anchor the boat in the same area with a short swim to the beach and the caves. Lots of the younger snorkelers don't use fins but the noodles that are provided. The sunset takes 3 1/2 minutes to set once it touches the horizon and starts, after it sets we do head in as we try to unload in the panga before it gets too dark. I'm sorry if they left before a complete sunset and I can assure you that is unacceptable as it is gorgeous and breathtaking. As for the shoes, most people leave them in the little boat (panga) and they are there when they return or you can put them on the boat but not wearing them. There are several reasons for that, safety is number 1 and sand from the beach is number 2. We will speak with the crew about not being attentive and honestly that is the first time we have had that complaint. We certainly do appreciate your four positive remarks about the food, bar, boat & music. I can assure you that we will address your issues. Sunset cruise and snorkel

This experience was amazing and so worth it! We got there a little early and hung out at the local bars in playa del coco. Then we had a great time on the cruise. Great music, the crew was super friendly and helpful. The beach they took us to, was breathtaking. Overall 10/10 recommend!

Very fun boating and snorkeling adventure

There was a great vibe on this trip. Fun music playing. Open bar both alcohol and non alcholic. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, flying rays. The snorkeling was actually great. I saw rays, sea urchins, star fish, parrot fish, schools of neon yellow fish. The late lunch was also very good. I would recommend.
