Float underwater alongside gentle whale sharks during this full-day, guided snorkelling experience that includes a Caribbean lunch. Dive in two people at a time with your guide in a known whale shark watching area. Pick up times vary depending o where you are staying and will be advised after confirmation of your booking. Pickups begin at 5 am in Tulum Approx. 6.20am in Playa Del Carmen 7.30am in Cancun.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 1 day of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Near public transportation
- A swimming t-shirt to protect you from the sun, this way we protect the sharks by moderating the use of suntan lotion
- Hat and sunglasses
- Wetsuit if you have one. If you want to rent one once in the tour it will cost you $20
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Excellent experience despite the bad weather we got. Nuria our guide was always helpful and making her outmost to assure this nice experience explaining all the details and providing confidence to all the participants. Thanks Nuria and the captain for this excellent day!

Let’s begin with this being on my wife’s bucket list ( not really my bag) from the moment we got into the van Patricio ( pato) was a joy to be with. He was informative and personable.
Once on the water he gave us a tutorial on the equipment and the areas history
The crew was as professional as a group as I have met.
The swimming with the animals was an outstanding experience I am now super glad I had the chance to participate in
Would definitely Recommend this crew for the outing.
