We as Addo travel center try our best to keep a high standard when it come to our vehicles, our trip and meals ect. We apologies for any inconvenience caused, due to game drive durations, difficult roads to navigate and maximizing sightings', getting guests for lunch on time becomes difficult which explains the lateness of the guide who was meant to fetch you.
When it comes to vehicles it depends on number of our guests. If you are more than 4 we use minibuses as advertised.
We apologies if the food was not satisfactory, as you stated it was overcooked. it saddens us to hear this, we usually don't get complains. If we knew you weren't satisfied, we would have made a dietary plan for your needs.
