      Great trip for the money - we were able to take advantage of 2 bus routes plus a river cruise - all included for the price we paid and the bus was available for pick up right outside our hotel
      The tours were OK but the...

      The tours were OK but the busses were very cramped and uncomfortable. They also had no provision for disabled users. I need a rolater to get around with and was always reduced to having the equipment stored between my legs which with limited space was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. I also feel it necessary to mention that the drivers' assistants were the scruffiest people I have ever seen supposedly representing a company.

      Was ok. Not a necessity considering Prague is so small. Enjoyed the river cruise though. Prague is best explored through foot

      We have continually used the Big Bus Tour for all our adventures across Europe and Prague did not disappoint. The routes were easy to follow and navigate and the people on board were always happy to help. The audio on the red route was less than ideal in terms of engagement but would highly recommend anybody to come aboard as it is a great way to get round and learn some history on the way.

      Beware: Prague is NOT on the Big Bus app!

      The main reason I do Big Bus tours is because their app is so amazing. So imagine my surprise when I discovered that Prague is NOT on their app. Thus, we had no idea when the next bus would come, resulting in a couple of hours wasted time over the 48 hours of our tickets, standing in terribly cold conditions. Other than that, the staff were incredibly great and the routes good. But next time I will doublecheck before buying a Big Bus tour.

      I was in Prague for work and I only had a day at the end of the trip to explore and yet again Big Bus was perfect! I got to see everything I wanted to see and had plenty of time to hop off at some places I wanted to spend more time at!

      In keinem der acht genutzten Busse (rote und grüne Linie, sowohl großals auch klein) funktionierte das WLAN. Die Aufkleber free WiFi entsprachen somit nicht dem Werbeversprechen.

      Acredito que é uma boa opção para quem não conhece Praga e ficará poucos dias na cidade. Escolhemos a opção de 48 h com cruzeiro.
