The guide was thorough and answered questions well. The river cruise was short but sweet and had a great views of the city. The castle and cathedral were breathtaking upon the hill overlooking the city.

Our guide, Volta, was great. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. Having a bus to do a quick spin around the city and get up to the castle was nice. We also really liked being able to walk and see things up close. We saw most of the places we had on our list and learned a good bit of history. Also enjoyed the boat. It was rainy and cold. Nice to be inside and warm.

Stephan made the trip, he was an excellent guide with lots of good history/knowledge/background on Prague. The tour was well balanced with some walking and tales of the city and a very relaxing boat ride - good beer and coffee with excellent apple strudel available for purchase. Reasonably priced outing.

Generic and boring, avoid if possible.

We were seduced by the many positive reviews to book this tour. If you are interested in anything beyond Wikipedia generic info then do yourself a favor and avoid it. The guide was friendly but didn’t know much about architecture, history, or geography. Kafka, for instance was “a Jew who wrote many depressing books.” Etc. An uninspired monotone of a school teacher. The boat was quite nice if you are able to ignore the strong smell of urine from the bathrooms throughout the journey.

Glorious Sunshine and a great walking tour

Our guide Štěpán (I hope I’ve spelled correctly) was warm, friendly amd knowlegable. He provided good information throughout our four hours. The trip moves at a fast pace but there is time to take photos. The castle and cathedral are gorgeous and so is the view. The walk from the castle to our meeting place was especially cool. The walk through the old and new Jewish quarters was extremely interesting as was Old Town and the astronomical clock. The boat cruise was nice but likely a bit more exciting at night. I had a truly great experience primarily because we were a small group and the tour guide had ample time to explain things to us. I also appreciate that she was really transparent for things that she didn’t have as much information about she said, and for things that were perhaps over the dramatized in the legend, she also highlighted those. It made for highly authentic storytelling and I loved learning about the Prague history. This trip was money well spent. I loved visiting all the different places that we did, the mix of walking, bus ride and the boat ride made for a great experience as well. We had some nice little bites on the boat and it was great to do that ride all the way up to Charles Bridge and back. I highly recommend that you go in February or late January when you don’t have as many people once in the same experience, I think that made a significant difference for us, although we did see some other groups where there were more people but for this particular experience, it was just three of us, and that made a whole lot of difference. I want to say thank you specially to the tour guide, she was very graceful, friendly and she really put in the work to make sure that we had a good time and I did have a good time.

really enjoyed this experience because we have never been to prague before this tour was what we needed ,it gave us information on this drive and walk tour of the cultures and buildings you need to see and to top it off you get a delightful cruise under the charles bridge
