Andre was a phenomenal driver. He took me to my hotel and pointed out various landmarks and points of interest along the way. He's from Prague, so he's extremely knowledgeable too. Taxi delay

Arrived at the airport no one there to pick us up. Called Viator after several attempts to do an online chat with no response. Viator tried to call taxi company but couldn’t contact them. They apologised and that was it. I had to ask for a refund as this wasn’t offered to me. We waited longer and decided we were going to organise an Uber to hotel. Thankfully, we hadn’t paid for the Uber due to a malfunction with the airport booking system and because I then received a call from the taxi driver to say he was at the airport. Took an hour and then we couldn’t leave immediately as there was another couple who was also expecting to be picked up by the same driver.
