Firstly I will apologise for the disappointment, but what you failed to mention in the review was that the cancellation was due to a mechanical issue. Mechanical issues never happen when it’s convenient for us which then turns into an inconvenience and disappointment for you, our guests. As you mentioned, this was at the time you were due to be picked up as the issue occurred as the boat was coming to you. We sent an immediate email and sms so that guests waiting on the beach were immediately informed and then the office reached out by phone, where possible to each guest. Full refunds were then issued. This was a very unfortunate incident but not something we could have predicted or prevented.
