We will meet all of our guests at any publicly accessible location on the Grace Bay Beach. We'll contact and coordinate pick up location and time. Note we sometimes run late due to constant passenger pickup and drop off.

No prior experience is necessary. Just come, have fun and experience the exciting adventure.

The entire trip may take from 30 - 90 minutes depending on number of individuals in your party. This includes the boat ride, the parasailing activity and dropping your party off. You will be in the air for about 8-12 minutes.
No swimming experience is required. All takeoffs and landings are done from the boat and back to the boat. Also, you will not get wet as a result of the activity. Just remember, you are on a boat and in water, you may get wet due to water splashes.
Our customers safety is most important to us. In the event our crew determines the weather is unsafe to fly you, we'll be able to accommodate you during your stay or refund you deposit.
You may get light water sprays due to wind, so bring a towel. Also, make sure you have enough sun blocks on.
Wear beach clothing, lots of sun blocks and prepare for a light water sprays due to wind and waves.
Our pick up times are approximate. We'll call and arrange your pick up time. Also, there is a chance that boat runs little late due to constant pickup and drop off

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Such a great experience! The music was nice. They provided great instructions and provided details on where to get picked up. Look for a boat that is grey with yellow writing saying parasailing

We were in the air only 10 minutes total if that long. The rest of the time we were picking up and dropping off people like a taxi. The 10 min in the air was fine but not worth the money at all. Sorry to say.

The experience though pricey was worth every penny. Everything from the boat pickup to sizing (and wearing) of the safety gear to the short briefing was all done professionally. This was my first parasailing experience and my only complain would be that the duration is too short! Also they helped with taking pictures and videos!

Right on time to pick us up on beach where they said they would, this is always an excursion relief. Great Capt and Mate. Everything went smooth despite it being a windy day. Great adventure and would definitely recommend!

This was very fun. Our tour guides were awesome and made sure we felt safe. The Turks & Caicos waters are SO clear and majestic. I’m happy that my first parasailing experience was in Turks. Also, it’s not scary at all. I felt very secure in the holster

It was a great experience. I would recommend and do it again. We showed up a little late but they still waited for us and allowed us on. They contacted us about the location and were very accommodating we really appreciate it.

Visitor did not show an additional $20 per “observer” cost. So when we got to the boat they would not let my wife or I on without paying them $20ea. And were Willing to take our 11 and 14 year old out on the excursion without either of us. It felt like extortion. We paid for my wife to go, I didn’t. The boat was empty. Office didn’t answer and there was an incomplete phone number on the side of the boat.

For people without ticket, we charge $20.00 to join the parasailing party as an observer. Unfortunately, Viator doesn't have a way to book as an observer ticket separately, and our website allows it. I understand your situation was unique as your kids were alone. The customer care team raised this to me and I asked them to issue you a refund. Hence, we issued you a $20.00 refund on that same day. Hope that remedied your situation. Most importunely, did your kids enjoy the activity?

Hello, I checked our records and I spoke to our customer service. It seems like our boat called you to reschedule at 1pm since they were running late. The boat came in to pick you up and another group at that time but you were not there. If you are still in the island, call to reschedule. Note, our boats pick up and drop off guests from different locations all day. Not every guest shows up on time and they cause us run behind despite all the buffer we have in schedule. Hope you understand the challenges we face.
