Don't book this tour. I have booked dozens of trips with Viator and I have never been disappointed until this one. They never confirmed with the operator and he referred us to another company, failing to disclose this was a friend who had never operated a tour before ours. We were asked multiple times what we wanted to see even though there was a confirmed agenda. The car was not the appropriate transportation for this booking. It was just awful. You are better off asking your driver to tour you in the island. It's not cheap and it's expected that you'll pay luxury prices, but the service has to match. This was a total disappointment.

Booked this tour for my family. They never showed up and when we called they said they had reached out to us, which they never did. They asked us to switch to another time. And asked us to pay in Cash even though we had paid in full through Viator. Felt like a scam. Would not recommend.

Our tour with Sim was fantastic. He had such a passion for his home and the people of the Turks and Caicos. He taught us a ton about the history of the area and gave us an in-depth talk about each of the islands. The kids still rate it as one of the best parts of our vacation. Thanks Sim!
