Highly recommend using this company for any and all transportation needs! My flight ended up being delayed about 3 hours, with the delay i was so worried that my ride would not be there but when i got out of the gate at the airport the driver was there with a tablet that had my name it was a HUGE relief. He was friendly and spoke English so i could even communicate easily! They contacted me the day before departure to ask what time i wanted to be picked up from the hotel and the driver again was there on time and very friendly! Travel while on the island was a major concern for me and they made it seamless! I would use them again and again!

My wife and I received private rides both to and from the airport of Puerto Plata. Honestly amazing service was provided. Drivers were attentive, alert, best driving I’ve ever experienced. Air-conditioning provided, windows tinted for privacy. Safe secure reliable 5 stars.

The service was superb. Our flight was delayed yet my pick up operator was so patient. Never heard a word of complaints. Very helpful and most importantly observed safety on the road. The van was clean and smelled good. There’s internet as well. The company is very reliable. Highly recommended.

Ismail did a fantastic job. He was very responsive from when we booked to when we arrived. He was waiting for us when we exited from baggage claim. We had seven people made sure to help to get the bags loaded and make sure that we know that they were all in there. A great clean van, and very friendly. Highly recommend.
