Our tour guides Lazaro and Kiko was amazing. They had us laughing the entire trip and the overall experience was incredible! The rainforest was beautiful, the hike wasn't too intense. Sliding down and swimming in the waterfalls is what dreams are made of. Definitely will recommend their services for future vacations to PR!

Never ever book. Not necessarily the activity but through Viator. Travel host never communicated and the drop off location doesn’t exist. When we tried to reach out it said phone was out of service. It was a large group of us and nearly $1000 gone down the drain.

Awesome adventure!!! I had no idea what we were in for. Get ready to get dirty and wet. Wear some good water shoes. Tarzan was a great tour guide and he helped us through climbing the rainforest dirt hills to the waterfall streams. He took some great pics of the group and sent them to us at the end of our tour. If you are up for slipping, sliding, climbing, hiking, and swimming, this is for you! I’m not the most athletic but some agility will help a lot. If you struggle, however, the guides will help. You will get dirty so wear appropriate shoes and clothes.

Pretty cool experience Efrain and Sebastian were super great! Learned a thing or two with them regarding the plans and the trees in the rain forest.

The hike was not bad, just make sure you wear grippy shoes cause it can get muddy and the rocks are really slippery (no sandals). The rope swing and cliff jumping were my fav.

Lazarus and Claire were amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable and most of all, fun. We all felt safe on this tour whether it was rock climbing, hiking, or sliding through a waterfall. Would recommend a thousand times over and so thankful we had the best tour guides we could have asked for. Lazarus and Claire will definitely help you face your fears with ease and will support you along the way.

Fantastic experience! We had a blast as a family doing things we didn’t think we could like sliding down a waterfall and jumping off a cliff! Lazaro was a great guide funny and knowledgeable.

We paid fir a tour but it was cancelled “due to weather” so we had to go on our own and the weather was just fine. Then I had to call to try to get a refund for the money paid and still a week later no refund in sight. Very disappointing and we feel cheated.

Hello family. This week, which was Monday and Wednesday, we had to return the money to all our clients because the weather was not in the correct conditions to do the tour. As a company, the safety of the clients comes first. Now I ask, what company wants to lose money and cancel all their tours? Nobody is going to do that but unfortunately during this past week there have been a lot of rains and for that reason we and many other groups from different companies could not even go up because there were police not allowing them to enter the area where we give the tours, now they are not allowed. What area did you go to that says everything was fine when all of Puerto Rico has been raining all week. It takes 3 to 5 days for the money to be returned.

The rainforest was cool it was just the tour instructor he’s very disrespectful an attitude is through the roof ! And At One Point Acted As If He Wanted To Physically Attack Me After Verbally Abusing Me The Entire Trip . At Some Point I Got Feed Up A Was Ready To Go . Unfortunately We Couldn’t Leave Cause He Had Our Car Keys A Didn’t Return Them Like Asked Until He Was Ready To Go Leaving Us Stuck There Waiting On To Return From The Hike.

Our guide automatically called me to explain what happened to his group. First, they arrived more than 15 minutes late, which we don't usually do, but we kindly waited for them so they wouldn't miss their tour when the entire group was already at the meeting point. When the instructions were given, they did not want to follow them, so from the beginning, not only the guide but the rest of the group knew that you were already causing so much trouble, so people who were with the group doing the tour asked the guide how he could endure so much. . Not only that, but they were urging the guide to move forward with the activities because you were in a hurry and wanted to leave now, the guide told you that you couldn't leave and that you had to wait, but you kept insisting, which made you take off your life jacket and throw it away. and they walked back to where the car is on their own. When you arrived with the rest of the group, you were in the parking lot where you went to challenge the guide and you told him you don't know where I'm from, the guide told you to be calm that he didn't want any problems, so much so that the photos What they had about you, the other guide went and gave them to you and where he had placed the life preservers to keep them, you went out in your car driving like crazy and grabbed and ran over the life preservers and left. How dare you leave a review when you were bad from the beginning? Oh and don't forget, the guide had his keys and those of the other clients kept so that no one would lose them in the river since some areas where we swam were more than 20 feet deep, you insisted and insisted that he give you the key but how is he going to give them the key if he is doing a tour? And he kept all the keys in his car. People who were in the parking lot who know the guide told him that you, your group, wanted to break the glass of his car with a rock and that did not happen because people who know the guide's car and people who are watching the cars went to where you to stop them. Anyone who goes on their own gets lost because they don't know where they are going and they don't know where they are going and they don't know what they are going to face there because they don't know the river and much less the path to get to the waterfalls and waterslide.

This tour and our guides were AWESOME! Lazaro and Pedro were great guides that took us on a wild adventure but still kept a look out for the entire group to make sure everyone was safe. Be ready to get muddy and to get a great workout with some steeper incline! Lazaro made the trip very memorable and had us laughing the whole time. He also pointed out noteworthy flora around the rainforest along the way that made it a great learning experience as well. The natural waterslides, rope swing, and waterfalls were the icing on the cake. SO fun! Great for adults and kiddos alike. One last thing, I would highly recommend NOT wearing crocs and having the proper hiking footwear with good grip for this hike as it is a rainforest and things get muddy and slippery. With the proper footwear and clothing that you aren't afraid to get a little muddy you are sure to stay safe and have an amazing experience.

Did you want to us risk you? We will not risk anybody, we cancel at the right time. The police department was up there and was not let in nobody for safety, and we give you the full refund back. We don’t want to cancel with not reason, we cancel for safety like other tours company.

It got cancelled and wasn’t notify until I had to call to see where the bus was at because it wasn’t at the destination per instructed and was told it was canceled because of the rain. They said I was going to get a refund but I have not yet or been contacted

Hi, you get you FULL refund. We star cancelling at 9:30am because the first group was at the time in the forest and the level of the river was high and we are not going to risk no body, so your tour was at 10:00AM and we star calling and some people was early at the meeting point, so unfortunately we star saying the we can’t do it and star giving the full refund back.
