In direction to Old San Juan head down Ave Manuel Fernandez Juncos, and DO a LEFT turn on Calle San Andres ( to the south). We are at the end of (PIER 10) Calle San Andres, at Villa Pesquera La Coal. Can look on google Sea Escapade PR and choose driving direction.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great experience. FYI there is a weight limit per jet ski so if your riding with 2 ppl make sure your combined weight isn't over 350-380

Though it started off a little rough because we didn’t read the instructions we had a blast. Our tour guide around the bay was amazing and took these two great photos of us and many more. He was knowledgeable and made the tour a lot of fun and made sure everyone was safe. If we go back will definitely be doing it again. Make sure, however, to read the full description of everything you need to bring with you before you go on the excursion. They are very meticulous when it comes to safety and identification.

I booked this experience on this site with an agent. It says for 2 people, but it’s per jet ski. I would suggest booking directly with company. They didn’t have the best looking or cleanest facility. The overall experience was fun. Our guide was amazing and took great photos.

Thank you Alicia for taking the time to leave a review. We are located inside of fisherman villa and we share the facilities. From old San Juan we are the only that give access to bathroom, shower and waiting area out of the sun. and give you free water. We also have parking available.
Sorry we didn't meet all your expectation, at least you had an amazing tour.

THIS TOUR WAS AWESOME! Alex was amazing! My husband and I really enjoyed the length of time we got on the jet skis and the various places Alex took us to. He even took our pictures and a few videos. We will definitely do this again the next time we’re in San Juan!

Our trip was cancelled due to bad weather. I’m now awaiting a refund. Will try it again on our next visit to San Juan (pending how difficult it will be to get my refund).

We are sorry you can not do the tour. Was heavy rain and thunderstorm at place. We give you the option to do it other day, but you can not do it neither. We cancel you booking and told the affiliate to give you a refund the same day. Since you purchased through the affiliate, they are responsible for processing the refund. We just told them that they have to return the money and you receved the confirmation email. We also email you to told you they said if will takes 2 to 5 business days. If you have any question regarding the refund, you have to call them.

My instructor was super rude and mean. I was scared to ask him for help and he made me feel stupid for not catching on as quickly as everyone else, this was my first and last time going. My husband however had a great time, hence the 2 stars and not 1
