Please be ready in the lobby of the hotel by the time selected while booking. If you select an 8:30am start time, you will be picked up at 8:30 and your tour begins at 9:30. If you select a 2pm start time, you will be picked up at 2pm and your tour begins at 3pm.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great ziplining fun. All the guides were fantastic. They like to have fun and joke around, but safety is there top priority. There is some waiting in between each zipline but this is expected. You also get some nice views of El Yunque rainforest. Overall great experience.

A Morning of Fun!!

So much fun! Beautiful scenery, tour guys were professional. Luis was hilarious!! Appropriate for children and adults an a like! We took time after zip lining to go further up the mountain to Juan Diego Fslls. A must see for the adventurous!

Fun ziplining

Fantastic and safety focused guides. They made the experience great. 11 zip lines and 1 rappel. A lot of fun. The pick up and drop off was easy (got a call before hand to arrange) and worth the price as the roads up were tight. We got a small group of 12 people with 6 guides so we went through quickly. Viator - please adjust your pricing. It wasn’t worth $150. Booking direct is $95. An uplift of $55 is crazy.

Amateur zip lines

The most boring zip lines I’ve been on. Some were so short I probably could have jumped from one platform to the other. The guides weren’t bad but whoever was running it that day (the owner) was rude, wouldn’t even let my wife take a picture of the river. Basically ran us off after the excursion was over.

First time ziplining for 2/3 of our group. Christian, Xander, and Yariel all were hilarious and made the experience memorable. Transportation was a huge help and super nice. Wish there was an option for a photo package of some variety, but overall an awesome experience and would definitely recommend!!!

My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed the zip lining and rain forest experience. It is definitely not cheap but where else in the US can you zip line threw a rain forest. The guys that led to tour were awesome, friendly, funny, and talkative. We were in a small group of about 10 or 12 ppl which was great for not waiting a long time. A few of the girl's got scared but the guys talked them threw everything and all was well. I would do it again even at the price point. Bring cash to rip the guys they deserve it and don't make much hourly.

You did not participated because the forecast said there was 40% chance of rain, and you consider the conditions , in your own words, "dangerous". Everybody else participated and had a safe adventure and a great time! This is an outdoor activity at the rainforest, what did you expected? So calling this a "scam" or calling us "thieves" is totally irresponsible on your behalf.

The staff was friendly and helpful which is why 4 stars is given. The owner was not the most welcoming, he was just all business. They book large groups at a time (ours had 20) and most of the 2 hour experience is waiting in line. This tour is great for zip line beginners who don’t like it too fast or too high. For more experienced zip liners or clients looking for a more extensive view of the rain forest at a higher height with a little bit of speed, then I would choose a different tour.

Easy pickup and drop off. Convenient locations. Zip lining was fun. No real exploration of El Yunque. If you’re looking for that, I suggest signing up for more than on excursion if you still want to do zip lining.
