Insert to GPS Hacienda Campo Rico "Mi Casa" - will direct you inside the farm. At the entrance you will find a guard gate, advice the activity and guard will let you in. Check in are inside the farm is at Mojito bar.

What To Expect

Meet your guide and fellow ATV adventurers at Hacienda Campo Rico, a sprawling complex about a 30-minute drive outside of San Juan. Learn about how to safely operate an ATV before strapping on your helmet and climbing aboard your own personal ATV for one person.

Follow your guide out into the countryside, passing near mangroves, lagoons, and limestone formations along the way. Keep an eye out for wildlife as you zip through the area, and take a few breaks along the way so that you can listen to your guide tell you about the natural and historic features of the area.

At the end of your tour, spend a bit of time relaxing at a hilltop Mojito bar, where you can sip on the beverages of your choice while taking in the views.

Total ride duration is approximately 2 hours, including a brief driving demonstration, explanation of safety rules, and short rest stops
All guests must be 16 years or older and have a valid driver’s license (learner or permitted licenses are not accepted for driving)
One driver per ATV. Bring a VISA or Mastercard to hold a ATV damage deposit
Pregnant women and guests with back/neck injuries or heart conditions are not permitted on this excursion
Helmets are provided. Closed-toe shoes are required. Long pants, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a change of clothing are recommended
Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty
Intoxicated individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not permitted in the experience, and no refunds will be issued
Please note, this experience may be too high-impact for some travelers
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 34 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Isais was our tour guide and OMG he was the best! The 2 hours didn’t even feel like two hours because we were having so much fun. He made sure to always check on all of us to make sure no one was left behind! The views were amazing and so peaceful! I will definitely book again and only hope I can get Isais again bc he was THAT GOOD! Made my birthday one to never forget!

Ride was awesome and muddy. Wear shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. Bring eye wear. They do sale the Puerto Rico face mask for $7. Not so much beautiful views but fun. My husband got stuck twice. Create memories.

Don’t be deterred. The pictures don’t do justice. It’s actually a really fun experience, especially if the conditions are wet. Me and my partner had a great time and Kathy was like one of the best guides I’ve had in any excursion, in the many countries we’ve visited. 5 estrellas! Ask about the Pitorro.

Our tour person I forgot her name but she was tall slim and very knowledgeable she made me feel safe even though I busted my ass🤣 but my husband and I have the best time, will definitely recommend the place, everyone was professional and helpful that’s definitely a plus❤️

Meeting new people. This was fun! The paths were very dusty and rocky but the ride was still a great fun ride. Rode with many people. Recommend you get the goggles with so much dust and dirt flying around.

Our guide Kathy was absolutely amazing! Gave us history and made the trip fun and safe. The actual ATVs are suspicious. The older ones would hardly turn causing multiple people to go off in ditches and dangerous areas. We did make lots of stops due to the group with us so that took away from our riding time. But again our guide Kathy was amazing and did everything she could to get us all good ATVs and help us have a good time!

Good for the inexperienced or calm drivers

I had never done ATV before and I could tell by the pictures that this would be perfect for me. First if you don’t have a license DON’T BOOK. I forgot one of my friends didn’t have one but she was able to ride on with someone. Bring your own face coverings and glasses since it’s more affordable that way. Also wear long shorts or better pants because those ATVs were hot! Even the other party was wishing they were pants instead of shorts. The place is beautiful and we did see animals along the way. My tour guide was Mani (not sure on the spelling) and was she amazing for first timers. The other party wasn’t too happy that they couldn’t speed and didn’t go over many hills and what not but my group had fun and felt it was perfect for us. I would suggest that the park group by experience so everyone is satisfied. I wouldn’t have want to do anything more extreme. But again you can tell by the pictures if you’ll like it or not. She stopped so we could take pictures but honestly I was so focused on driving that I didn’t care about pictures. Bring a back pack or something to hold your items. It does get very dusty but not really muddy.

It was more of a safety hazard rather than actual enjoyment . My instructor was this young woman who was either drunk or high when the tour started . She was very inattentive to the point where it was only me and her riding and she didn’t notice the rest of the group wasn’t behind us and she had to go back and get them. She allowed this couple to bring their young child which is clearly a safety hazard because he was definitely younger than the suggested requirements. It was just not a good experience ! Unnecessary holes, really rough ride, it’s like she purposely had us ride in the rough part . Would not recommend !

Tour was made out to be very personable. Tour was in groups of five drivers. Awesome experience. We traveled different terrains throughout the tour. And machines was well maintained and did not seem underpowered for the paths but rather peppy. Little to no experience needed to operate. W/ that said. Definitely will beat the body up a bit, but all part of the excursion. Very nice.
