Enter the San Juan Bay Marina gates. Turn left, drive through the parking lot until you cross a blue gate. Meet a guarded gate and state your name and that you are meeting with the tour. Park your vehicle in any of the available spots. Meet us at the rest area next to the boarding green gate.

We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area. Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location. If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list. Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm). Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location. Pick-up times typically range from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to traffic and weather conditions. Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons.

What To Expect

Meet your group at the marina or at your hotel (depending on what you request) and hop aboard your boat. Set sail into the sunset, passing by the centuries-old Old San Juan and El Morro Fort, under the beautiful illumination of the evening light.

Enjoy appetizers, beer, water, and soft drinks as you continue your sunset journey, taking in views of picturesque sights such as the Paseo De La Princesa, Palacio de Santa Catalina, the Casa Bacardi, and the Castillo San Felipe del Morro as the sun dips into the horizon. After about 90 minutes, you’ll return to the marina, where you can head out on your own or return to your hotel via transfer.

This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 32 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great sunset tour despite the weather! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening cruise along with everyone else, plastic rain coats included! Some showers passed through, and we had an abbreviated but interesting sunset regardless. After that it was perfect weather. The crew is great, the guide excellent, and it’s a well organized and informative tour of the harbor. We really liked it.

What we thought was going to be a leisurely cruise through the harbor turned out to be an uncomfortable pontoon boat crammed with people. Instead of timing the cruise to allow for views of the sunset, the cruise was rushed so that the only decent views of the sunset didn't occur until we were almost back to the dock.

No sunset cruise (the sun was out)

The staff were great. The views of the fort and the skyline of Old San Juan were great. The only reason I didn’t give it a better review was the fact that it was a SUNSET cruise and the boat’s captain drove us into a pier area that obscured the sun and horizon just before sunset . When we emerged the sun had set and the clouds were no longer brilliantly lit by the sun. The harbor and channel weren’t busy when he brought us in there, so I’m not sure why he did it and lost us the sunset…again, sunset cruise. Otherwise it was fine for what it cost but I won’t book with this group again.
