Overview

There are many great snorkeling spots around Puerto Rico, but this tour will take you to one of the best, off the island of Culebra. In between enjoying lunch, complimentary drinks, and the sea air, you'll make two snorkeling stops where you can jump off-board and explore the underwater world. This six-hour experience begins with check-in at 8 a.m. sharp.

If you are driving yourself type PUERTO DEL REY MARINA in Fajardo on your GPS. We are located inside the PUERTO DEL REY MARINA in suite 108, Sea Ventures Dive Shop. It is a white 2-story building on the left side once you enter marina. Check in is at 8am sharp.

We were worried about our tour due to tons of rain lately. Luckily it calmed down enough to enjoy the tour. We couldn't get to Culebra due to weather, but we were able to go to Vieques Island instead. It was just as beautiful. Snorkeling was amazing, we saw 3 spotted eagle rays! Our guides Christian, Danny, Juan Carlos and Captain J( i think i got all the names right) were all incredible! They made sure everyone was having a good time, felt safe while snorkeling, and were a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend this tour!

Very wonderful experience! I originally booked this experience because a previous snorkeling booking cancelled on us last minute, but this was a completely surprise and wonderful! I would give it five stars off the chart, but unfortunately I was forgotten to be transported to the area from miscommunication. Thankfully, the ride back - our driver was sweet and completely understood us. As for the trip, the hosts were so fun and kind, they cared about our safety and our time. They were so eager to help us with anything, especially with the drinks! Had a great time with them and would book again, I don’t think I would book anywhere else!

They canceled our original booking pushed it for 2 more days than when we got to sign in they charged you another $3 marine fee to board the boat. Customer service sucks as no one answers the phone they text and repeat what you’re saying like it’s done on purpose. Once we were ready to load the boat no one could find the boat leaving 15 mins late. No one knew anything. Once we got to island no water mat to lay on like the page said. Didn’t try the food or drinks we brought our own. NOMAR THE CAPTAIN AND HIS CREW WERE AWESOME, I can say that much

A disappointing day

The tour was disappointing. I understand that weather can impact, but the alternate location(La Chiva) was a 1.5 hour boat ride. I was under the impression that two snorkel stops would happen during our tour and that was not the case. The beach area was nice, but snorkeling not so much, I saw one fish. Lunch was mediocre, but drinks were very good and plentiful. We spent 3 hours on a bumpy and very wet boat ride. I was absolutely drenched when the ride got back to the harbor. I could have moved to the covered area, but that would have required me to stand for an hour and a half as everyone else had already moved to the inside. The crew was very nice while on the beach area. However, at the end they did a headcount and claimed to have all accounted for. The captain started the boat, a crew member pulled in the anchor and we started to pull away. Then, I see a 12 yo boy in the water from our tour. The mother was also not accounted for. How do you do a headcount and almost leave 2 people behind? Thank goodness I saw him. The crew did quickly try to recover. A crew member jumped back in to help the boy on the boat. It took another 20-30 minutes to find the mom off in the distance. A better job can be done to keep your patrons safe.

If you’re thinking about booking this excursion— just do it! This was the highlight of our trip. The captain, Danny, and his crew were amazing! We did not go to Culebra but another island, la Chiva, as the weather did not allow for it. They made sure we were safe and had fun. The beach time was nice too! They made sure our drinks were full the whole time! We even danced on the boat on the way back. So much fun, book it!

This was the highlight of our trip. The whole crew and Juan Carlos were incredible! My husband and I took our three kids age 12, 13, and 20. Everyone had a great time including my husband who is not a great swimmer. He was initially low key scared, but the crew made him feel very safe and he discovered that even though he is a sinker in a swimming pool, he was able to float easily in the ocean. We saw so many beautiful fish, a manta ray, and even a barracuda. Made new friend, Enjoyed the food and drinks, and it came alive on the way back as the crew and guests on boat danced together!

We had an absolutely amazing time! The guides were fantastic very interactive with everyone, and made the experience extremely fun! They were extremely safe in giving detailed instructions on how to be safe on and off the boat. They were attentive and made it a priority to keep up with everyone. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. I booked several other excursions this trip and by far this one was the best!

An excellent experience! The water was blue like a pool. The tour crew were AMAZING, they explained everything and safety first. I tried to snorkeled before in another trip and I couldn’t, but this time the captain helped and guided me and I was able to do it!!! I am so grateful for that. We had the BEST day with Alfonso and his crew yesterday!! They were so knowledgeable, and attentive, we wanted for nothing the entire day! The snorkeling was such an amazing experience seeing a spotted manta ray and a stingray and so many different fish, then hanging out on the raft and at the beach drinking tropical rum drinks, just incredible!
