Flora, Fauna and Mountain Viewpoints in Punta Atenas

The walk through the Magellanes Forest allowed us to see the native tree and plant species as well as planted species in the hills above Punta Arenas. We hiked about 2.5 miles to a lookout with a sweeping view of Puntas Arenas and the surrounding countryside. At Club Andino we rode the chairlift to the top for a commanding view of the city and countryside. The chairlift operators were very accommodating to make sure we were safe both boarding and de-boarding the two person chairlift at the top and at the bottom of the mountain on our return. Our guide Nicholas Varas was a wealth of information about the culture of Punta Arenas and about the flora and fauna during our walk. Nicholas shared his experience and life living in Punta Arenas, and showed us the main square as well as other points of interest when we returned to town. We enjoyed the views and the chance to walk through the Chilean forest. The driver was very experienced and kept us safe throughout the tour, which was limited to the four of us a small group. This excursion is not to be missed for those who enjoy the outdoors and walking.

Good afternoon We are sorry for what happened but we did not do this tour! It was wcircuit, which is an agency that bases Torres We do not go to the Milodon Caves on this tour. Please contact them.

Nous n'avons pas fait cette sortie. Nous l'avons réservé à la dernière minute le matin même et le téléphérique n'était pas fonctionnel. Nous avons donc décidé de cancellé. J'ai eu une confirmation dans What’s app mais j'attends toujours notre crédit et des réponses à mes courriel.
