This excursion was hands down worth every penny! It was fun and exciting from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food was fabulous as well. The emolyees were also very friendly and helpful! We were a group of 12 with 5 children included. I have 0 complaints and would highly recommend this excursions to anyone.

We regret the situation, but due to maintenance we had to close the zipline, but the other activities were available, the price was even reduced. Rude guide, false advertisement

Our guide was very rude the whole trip and didn’t offer to help at all with our buggy issue. I came as a couple and it was advertised that two people would share a buggy, but we were literally forced to share a buggy with another couple and neither myself or my partner got to drive. Both myself and the other couple complained that we wanted our own because there was an extra buggy and we paid to each drive as advertised, but the tour guide said we either get on together or don’t go at all and was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I’m very unhappy with the false advertisement with the buggies, the short horseback ride, and rushed safari petting. We wanted to at least buy our pictures, but most of them came out blurry or we weren’t looking at the camera, so we don’t have anything. The best thing there was the zip lining. Just sucks the pictures the guide took weren’t clear and we couldn’t bring our phones so we don’t get to keep the memories

As all our visitors are informed (more than 200 daily), the buggies are for 4 people, since otherwise it would be impossible for everyone to enjoy all the activities, for this reason when a couple comes they get on with another behind them and when they return from tour they exchange positions. We have extra vehicles for emergencies or for some rescue, in the same way we regret that the explanations received by our guide were taken the wrong way, we assure you that it was not our intention. Our park is designed so that everyone can enjoy the activities with the highest level of safety possible, for this reason they are the times and routes. The photography staff is trained periodically and daily they take more than 3000 photos, which is why we would like to communicate with you via DM on the networks so that you can tell us the day you visited us, and see how you can have a pleasant memory. Once again, thank you very much for your visit and I hope you had a great vacation.

My family and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was nice and very professional . Our guide Junior was sooo nice and helpful.The buggy’s were really fun. I just wish we would have did that last instead of first due to us getting really dirty. The food was great! Overall awesome experience. Makes a great excursion day !

This was so much fun, so much activities with the perfect amount of time to enjoy them all. Our tour guide Junior was super nice and I loved that he was there from pick up through all activities and drop off. I would highly recommend, carry glasses for buggies, a towel and change of clothes because it gets messy. Lunch is also include.

My family and I loved the experience. Our tour guide was excellent! Our favorite was the chair lift since we couldn’t zip line for various reasons. It would be nice if they notify guests that they need tennis shoes ahead of time. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

Our family had a great day out. Brilliant value for money. Even when we left a phone on the coach we managed to get it back the following day. Bring extra clothes and swim wear, the river was a nice surprise wish we had longer there. A must do if you are in the Dominican Republic. Kelsy was a lovely host, the lunch was lovely and the park was very clean and a well organised day. Even the pictures was great value for money and the price is dependant on how many people in your group. A must do!

Was an amazing experience..Everyone is very patient if you're a little nervous about any of the excursions..I was comfortable enough to ride the horse alone and even did ziplining for the 1st time at 57 years old..Definitely would recommend..

This tour did not show up at my pick up location. Did not make any attempt to call the customer. I was on the phone with Viator & the local tour all day & yet, no tour happened… wish could have been a better communication.

Everything was wonderful. Bring cash for drinks and snacks. It’s very hot. Pack a face mask for the buggies and a swimsuit for the water. This was an amazing time! We will book with this company.

Family and Friends Vacation

What a full day experience! On time pick up from Vista Sol. The entire pick up process with the various resorts. The transportation and vehicle was safe and clean. The in processing procedures was fast and easy. Thank you to our guide for handout our paperwork on the bus, we were able to complete before arrival to the park. The park attendants all were kind and professional. The overall safety of the clients were enforced and clear. Thank you La Hacienda for a great family day experience!

We had an amazing time at La Hacienda. We went with our 6 year old and 15 year old, both VERY brave. From horseback riding, to boogies and zip lining, our family had a blast. Worth the experience!
